maddy's pov 

we just got back from hawaii today it was an amazing experience except the whole tyler thing but i'm totally over that i have justin and he's really protective that's the kind of guys i like. but he can be like really over protective at times like when were at the beach and this guy was staring at me and justin got really jealous and over protective it was kindof cute tho . i guess you guys are woundering why tyler said at least i have a father who loves me and not a step father  well 

*FALSHHBACK* 

hey daddy where are you going ? 

"daddy has to leave i''ll see you later okay "

"okay daddy " 

i was only three when this happend i don't even remember my dad but i remember that day and a few years later i remember my mom coming to pick me and liz up from school before she was famous 

"mom where are we going ? "

"hunny theres something i have to tell you "

"what's wrong mom " i was about 10 years old 

" your dad is at the hospital "

"what why ? "

"he got hit by a drunk driver "

"what ! is he okay ? " liz said alittle hurt 

"the doctors don't know hunny "

"well can we see him "

"we'll see when we get there okay we ahave to ask  the doctors if you can see him "

thats all i remember everything eles is a blur 

*end of flash back *

i was snapped out of the with a knock on the door i wiped a few tears remembering the past 

"come in "

" hey i was going to ask you if - hey what's wrong why are you crying ?" justin asked 

"nothing i'm sorry go on what were you going to ask me ? "

"no somethings wrong maddy please tell me maybe i can do something to make you feel better "

"thanks justin but nothing nobody does is going to make me forget what happend "

"maddy look if you don't tell me what happend how am i supposed to know how to help you through it "

i told him what tyler did because that night it all happend back in hawaii i never told him this part of the story then i told him why i was crying  

" maddy i'm so sorry "

"it's okay i mean he's who knows where know he didn't die but ever since that day i've never seen my real dad since and i don't want to see him ever again"

"maddy don't say that "

"justin after " i took a deep breath

"well after that day i was walking in my neighborhood and i saw my dad i went up to say hi to him cause i really missed him everything was fine until " 

i just couldn't tell him anymore i broke down into tears in front of him something that i never do infront of anybody cause i hate crying infront of people.

"shuhh... it's okay don't cry abay i'm right here i'm sorry i feel so stupid for asking you why i'm so stupid i'm sorry madds "

"you don't have to keep telling me if you don't want to "

"but i do want to tell you "

"okay " he smile at me and kissed my forehead 

"everything was going fine until he asked me to come over to his house i said okay and we walked to his house then he took me into his bedroom and we sat on the bed for a little while until my dad started taking off my clothes and he- he raped me "

"oh my gosh  you poor thing i'm sorry maddy i really am "

" look justin it's fine it happend years ago i just have to live with it for the rest of my life you know "

"yea i know what you mean "

"good know what were you going to ask me ? "

"if you wanted to come to the teen choice awards with me "

"it's okay babe do you want to go you can bring brittany ryan and chaz are going too "

i stood up going to get my phone that was on my dresser only to be pulled back into justins arms 

"where do you think your going ?"

"i'm going to get my phone to call brittany "

" can i have a kiss first " he said pointing to his lips

" i know " then he closed the distance between us
