Hermione's POV
It was nearly curfew when I asked the fat lady to call Harry immediately and waited for him to come. After one minute Harry came out of the portrait.
"Harry can you please get the invisibility cloak and the Marauders Map? It's really important!" Harry just nodded and conjured them. We got under the cloak with Ginny that wanted to come too. When we got there I looked up. The portrait was empty with no one so I got closer and whispered "always", careful not to let the others know. In an instant, Lilly and James Potter appeared. I heard Harry gasp.
"Mum? Dad? Are you really?"
Harry's parent's just smiled at him and James Potter said "later son" . I smiled and whispered again "Marauders". I got the box out and thanked Mrs and Ms Potter. Then I ran to my common room with Ginny, Harry and Ron following.
When we reached professor Snape's portrait I nodded at him and said the password. He let us in and we ran straight to my room. We jumped in my bed and I took a deep breath.
"Harry, I know it's weird to see your parents in a portrait but I will try to answer you later. I promise. Now let's see what's in this box."
And I opened it.
