You're So Awkward! A Damon Fizzy FanFic

For the first time

Forget waiting a week it's been long enough here.

I opened my eyes and for a minute I didn't know where I was.

Then my living room came into focus. I slowly looked around and saw the TV was still on.

Whoops.

I lifted my head off Damon's shoulder. He stirred in his sleep but didn't wake up. I walked into the kitchen.

I was freaking starving.

I put a piece of bread in the toaster. I freaking love toast. While it was cooking I checked my phone. Lots of tweets, instagram likes, and one message. I clicked the message.

Lexii: Heyyy girl you awake? (A/N yes Lexii, you finally have a character)

'I am now. :3' I replied.

Two seconds later, she texted me back.

Lexii: Ok good. You know what? We should meet up for the first time today!

See, Lexii was my Internet friend. We lived in the same area and talked a lot over texting and skyped and stuff, but never hung out in person.

'Totally! How about Starbucks at 3?'

As I sent it my toast popped up, scaring the shiznet out of me.

I walked over and ate it. You might think I'm weird because I don't put butter or anything on my toast.

Well, I am weird. AND I DONT CARE! WOO!!

I finished my toast and walked into the living room. Damon was awake, but sitting there on his phone.

"Tumblr?" I asked. He jumped and I tried not to laugh.

"No, Twitter." He said. I laughed and sat down next to him.

"Hey, what's your Twitter?" He asked.

"@Stelbear21, I think. I don't get on much." I pulled out my phone and looked. Yup, it was @Stelbear21. I looked at my notifications. Some follows, a few retweets, stuff like that.

DONT WAKE ME UP, IF I'M SLEEPING THIS LIFE, AWAY, TELL ME THAT I'LL NEVER BE GOOD ENOUGH...

I answered my phone.

If you hadn't noticed, I have a different ringtone everyday. It's this app that randomly selects one of the songs one your phone as a ringtone everyday. (A/N I don't know if this app exists so don't try looking it up. I mean, you CAN, I cant tell you how to live your life. Ok, I'll shut up now.)

"hello?" I answered.

"Stella!" Lexii yelled.

"yes?" I smiled.

"Don't forget about me at 3. You got dat?" She said. I laughed.

"I wont forget, I promise."

"Good. Ok that's all I wanted bye." She hung up.

I smiled and put my phone away. I looked at Damon. I remembered something and smiled really big. He looked a little scared.

"Wanna do something fun?" I asked. He slowly nodded.

"I'm supposed to meet a friend today from the internet. She's a HUGE fan of you, she talked about you a lot. Want to come with me?" I smiled.

"Heck yeah!" He said. He looked at his phone for a minute.o

"Hey, want to be in a vlog?" He asked. I nodded. He clicked the camera app and then pressed record.

"Hey phone," he said. I zoned out for a minute "this is my girl Stella!" He said, gesturing to me.

"Huh? Oh hi!" I said and waved. *facepalm*

"We went to Warped Tour yesterday, and it was freaking AWESOME." He said. He said a few more things that I didn't hear because I zoned out, AGAIN. I came back as he was saying 'Peaceskies.' He put his phone away.

I looked at him and got a little nervous. I wanted to ask him a question, but I didn't know how to ask it. After all, I've never asked it before.

"So uh, Damon..." I rubbed the back of my neck. He looked at me and smiled.

"Yeah?"

"I was uh, I was wondering, does this uh," I put my head in my hands. Why was this so freaking hard?!?!

"What?" He asked softly.

I looked up at him.

"Does this mean we're like, a couple?" There, I said it.

Well, I felt a little better. Not much though.

"I guess I don't know, do you uh, do you want to be?" He asked. He seemed as nervous as I was now. The day we first met came back to me when he asked me on our first date. I smiled.

"I guess, yeah." I said with more confidence than I had. He smiled.

"Well, I should get ready to meet Lexii." I said, standing up. He stood next to me.

"Me too. I'll be back in a while." He said. I nodded and walked to the door with him.

"See you soon." I said, giving him a quick hug. I closed the door and watched him go out to his car.

After he drove off, I ran upstairs to get ready. I jumped in the shower and sang at the top of my lungs. I got out and got dressed.

And for the first time, in a long, long time, I was really, truly happy.

As I was writing this chapter Who Are You Now came on (hence Stella's ringtone) and I was super happy because I freaking love that song. I say I freaking love a lot of things. Also If I'm James Dean You're Audrey Hepburn came on. CANT. RESIST. HEAD. BANG. And I wonder why my music scares some people.......

Oh about her ringtones, I normally pick a random song, so if you have a song you want to be her ringtone, tell me, and it might be in the next chapter!! :D

Question time!

What was the best day of your ENTIRE life?  Mine is my 13th birthday (which was May 31st. Yes, I'm 13). I found out I was going to Warped Tour for the first time (I miss it someone take me back or take me next year please) and Damon tweeted me back. In my book that's the best day ever. :)
