" Liu." his eyes fill with tears, i think i know why that sounded so familiar to me. " Jeff, I'm sorry." i had forgotten, Liu was his little brother. I walk over to Jeff and hug him. I feel bad for him. I then go on to tell him he if going to school with me. Jeff said he would be watching us all day.
The next day, i again showed up to school early. Liu, was there, i walk up to him. He was sitting on the bench where i was yesterday.
" Hey, Louis." i start
" Hey."
" So, how are you?" i wanted to learn some more about him.
" Im good."
" Who do you live with?" lets see where this goes
" Um, i live with my older brother a-and his girlfriend." he's lying
" you sure, Louis?"
" Uh, y-ya."
" you sure you aren't living alone?" Im sure Jeff is watching, he saw how Liu lied. Liu then broke down in tears. I let him cry on my shoulder. I motioned for Jeff to come out, then told Liu
" You could live with your brother again." Liu looked up at me as Jeff came out from behind him. Once Jeff sat down, i told Liu to turn around. Liu and Jeff broke into tears. I sat there in awkward silence as they hugged it out. I told Liu he could live with me until he finds a place. After school i showed him to the guest bedroom. He liked it there. I went to my room and went to sleep for the night, only to wake up a 2:00 am with Jeff in my room. We talked for awhile, until i drifted back to sleep. When i awoke, i wasn't in bed. I was in a chair, tied, with a gag in my mouth. I looked next to me, i see Liu. I look around, In then hear, foot steps coming downstairs. Its a guy, he looks to be maybe, 18. Liu looks terrified, the guy says
" Hello, I'm Randy."
