He pulled me in and hugged me. Then he started crying. I didn't think he cared this much.
"Why do you suddenly care about me?" I asked him
"What do you mean, suddenly?" He said back.
"I mean, you have always been the head of the group. The alpha of the pack of bullies. Why have you changed from a bully to... this?" I explained. He let go of me and said
"Because i have finally realized what bullying you has done for me. Nothing. It did nothing to win you over. Then they told me to start beating you. But yesterday while you were wherever with your friends i went to your cousin's house, which i thought was the house you, your parents, and whoever would live with you, lived, and i asked why you weren't with your parents and they said your dad abused you. I felt so bad for hurting you like that and i faked that i was sick so the guys wouldn't find out that i felt bad. But now i know what i have to do. I need to tell them to back off of you but i won't tell them that your dad abused you i'll say something else i need to come up with."
"Wow" i said. It was all that would come out of my mouth. I pulled Cameron in for a hug and he walked me home.
