Chapter 1

I've known Harry Styles before i can even remember.

We've always been super close and thats one of the things i loved about him. He was my closest friend i had.

yes, DID..

About a year ago, Harry had auditioned for the X Factor and hadn't gotten through. As a solo artist at least.

He could only have two people go with him to support him and his audition because of space reasons so he chose his mom, Anne, and he chose me too.

After years of talking to Harry, Telling him everything and him telling me everything i think i had developed some feelings for him.

I think the feelings in like 7th grade. I've never told him though. I'm too shy ..

Well you see, i love Harry and i really don't want to ruin our friendship.

i haven't talked to Harry in about 2 and 1/2 years now because he made it through, not as a solo artist, but they put him into a band and they made 3rd place on the X Factor. Now they are a HUGE boyband lovd WorldWide and he doesn't have time to talk to me anymore.

When Harry made it through with his new band that the judges put together, i literally voted for them every night.

After they lost i thought i would get Harry back, But i was wrong..

They soon got signed with Simon Cowell and started recording.

Everything happened so fast for them and before you knew it, they were releasing their first album ( Up All Night), merchandise was being sold everywhere and they were heading off to go on tour!

I've had no contact with Harry at all since all this happened. Except once ...

About 2 months after they started recording i got something in the mail from him. It was a box.

In that box, was a necklace from Harry that had his face on it and a note along with it.

the note said:

Dear Risa,

" I miss you so much ! I'm so sorry we haven't talked in a while.. Forgive me? Oh, and take this necklace with you where ever you go so you will always remember that I will always be here. I'm sure your life is pure hell with out me ;) haha, Well I Miss you Risa ! <3

I Never Wrote back, but i do wear the necklace all day everyday and all day every night so really, i wear it 24/7.

The year after X Factor i had met my new best friend, Sammii.

I was walking down the park one day sad as anything because i missed Harry and haven't talked to him in so long. I had my earbuds in my ears walking with my music blasting in my ears. I had a pile of papers in my hand that i had to give my mom.

I was so busy thinking about Him that i had dropped all the papers on the ground and they were being blown away by the wind.

Sammii was going running at the time and she saw me drop the papers. She caught all my papers that had blown away then helped me pick the rest up and handed them to me.

"Thanks"

"You're welcome. It was really no problem."

"Oh, well i'm Risa" i stated.

"I'm Sammii, wanna be best friends?" she giggled.

"Yes !" i laughed and we walked to my house.

******** 2 1/2 years later ********

I went to the Mall with Sammii and we went straight to Forever 21, Our favorite store in the entire mall! we go here literally ALL the time!

Even though i haven't seen Harry in what seemed to be forever, Hanging out with Sammii gets my mind out of it sometimes.

You see, Sammii and I, are HUGE fans of One Direction and i know it may be kinda weird seeing that i've known Harry all my life, but he is my favorite and Niall is Sammii's and we fangirl over 1D all the time.

Sammii doesn't know that i've known Harry all my life or she'd go Crazy ! This is the only secret i keep from her.

Sammii was right next to me looking through the clothes racks as was I, but then my phone started to go off really loud! It was the Ringtone i had set for only Harry's contact because it was his solo in Little Things, so i knew when my phone went off that it was him.

my heart dropped and i felt butterflies in my stomach.

i quickly looked for my phone in my purse and answered it.

"Hold on Sammii, i gotta take this call!"

"Kk , go ahead!" she giggled as she looked through more racks of clothes.

i walked a little away from Sammii so she couldnt hear who it was.

"H-harry?"
