Oh I cannot even begin to say how annoying those books are. Literally all of them have the same exact plot:
OMG IM THIS REALLY PRETTY GIRL WHO EVERYONE CALLS UGLY AND I GOT REJECTED BY MY MATE WHO HAPPENS TO BE THE MOST POPULAR AND SMEXY GUY IN SCHOOL. AND NOW MY LIFE IS OVER BECAUSE MY ENTIRE LIFE REVOLVES AROUND ONE GUY INSTEAD OF FINDING A HUMAN WHO WILL EXCEPT ME FOR WHO I AM...
...BUT ITS OKAY BECAUSE HE WAS JUST BLIND AFTER HE WAS BEING SUPER JEALOUS AND ME BEING TOTALLY OBLIVIOUS TO SAID JEALOUSY THEN WE GOT TOGETHER AND NOW WE CAN HAVE A BUNCH OF WOLF BABIES YAY!

Like yes I know that a select few of these book are good, and in fact I'm sure that whoever did this idea first did a great job making an original and unique story. But now? Well this overused nonsense needs to die in a fire... like forever.
I just don't I understand the byproduct around this whole werewolf trope on Wattpad. Like honestly I think it's a waste of space and they fill up the trending/popular books section way too much - like I wanna cry tbh. Low-key, I wanna cry just talking about this redundant mess of a "genre" and I don't feel like crying anytime soon so Ima end it here.
