17 year-old Hope Mikaelson lives with her aunt Rebekah. She is currently living in Mystic Falls and dating the one and only Damon Salvatore. When Klaus and Hayley finally gets to...
Hope could not believe that she had heard. It was unbelievably like a dream come true. Could it possibly be true that she is going to be seeing her parents for real this time. Is this some sort of trick?
Would her parents even accept her? What if they are disappointed with her? So many thoughts were running through her head but she didn't care about anything else in the world. She was nervous about meeting them but happy at the same time.
All she wanted was to be reunited with the parents again. She was ashamed of herself. She does not even remember what her parents look like.
All her memories were consisted of her aunt Rebekah. She was grateful that her aunt cared for her but sometimes she wondered why her parents would even abandon her.
Did they not love her? Was she a mistake?
Meanwhile, Damon was worried about Hope. She went out and fled like nothing happened. He was terribly concerned about Hope's whereabout.
He texted but Hope never replied. she always replied his message as soon as he sent it. He tried calling her but it went straight to voicemail. It was unusual for Hope to go for long without contacting him. He even drove to her house just to find an empty house with nobody there. It was as if Hope had left Mystic Falls.
Hope was now all over the place. Packing, excited and nervous at the same time. She was finally going to be reunited after a 16 years with her parents. It was literally like a dream come true. Her cellphone was ringing but she never seemed to hear it. Her mind was only focused on her parents. She processed the thought in her head once again. Hope Mikaelson was finally meeting her parents.
Hope was finally ready when she went in the car. Rebekah was next to her, driving. Hope couldn't keep still in the car. It was a tough and long journey but it didn't matter because this was going to be worth it.
"Rebekah, do you have a picture of my parents?" She asked.
"Thankfully yes. It was almost burned by your father for your protection but I secretly kept it again because I knew one day you'd want to see it." Rebekah remembered the day their family was together.
It was a bright and sunny day when the family had wanted to come see Hope. They took a polaroid shot to cherish the moment. Rebekah remembered handing the polaroid to Nik.
"Nik, do you think you could cram us up into a selfie?"

"Oh my god. We all looked so happy in this picture" Rebekah passed the picture around her family.
Everyone took a good look at the picture before they passed it last to Klaus. He smiled looking at the picture before throwing it at the bonfire in front of him.
