Yes I am Ecila : Oh Dear!

It sound as if I am named after some sort of prehistoric worm,

And Now, oh please,  I want to just go back home. So, how did I get inside this Room?

Could someone stop speaking " goobly gook" -and give a girl a break, for goodness sake.

For I am sure I am going to be completely mad once I reach the beginning-end.

Of this backward dream, with all the words spoken inside first then out;

to fly around as sounds to be choked back into speakers' mouths.

To just make things a bit easier to understand I stood upon my head;

Oh yes I now confess to this desperate trick... for there I was invisible like?

My dress and apron over my head, and those big baggy blommers that us girls  were made to wear,

I do say, did give a pretty funny delight for any Juror of that  court room. 

A good thing that only animal kind where appointed to that bar for I am sure,

without a doubt I would have been charged for disturbing the court. 

What was being said our poor Ecila was not able to confirm you see. it was something like this.....

"?Strat,eht elots ohW". Now to be fair that is the next chapter of our tale. 

And the book I do have my friends is old with yellowed aged pages and broken spine

Date of printing 1961 which when turn upside down is the same number so it is to be sure magical in some peoples minds, but not mine.

That this be the true clue to this strange tale;  for I must confess this old book is mine from childhood.

And how I first began to learn the written word in my world was upside down.

I do say this is so true.... see how it is one day for yourselves

and  turn that book the other way around...... and begin to read every word. 

You see it is just as it is here in Ecila's dreams of inside out and back to front...

So this little truth now does give alittle seed that soon the child will learn how to read!

And our Ecila's tale will soon have the sunlight of sense break out over the page.

Our Ecila will truly be able to then  read and this nightmare be turned into a sweet dream.

Shame that the effect can't be transposed to this leaf of light.

So you see the terrible dream this really is a nightmare of nonsense 

Yes it does get to you in the end. 

So I will put it to the vote and ask my dear readers here

 Should I release our poor Ecila from this upside inside out nightmare?
