Chapter Five

~Aubrey's Pov~

I woke up to the sound of laughter. I sit up and notice I'm in Cameron's bedroom. I go into the bathroom and Cameron's brushing his teeth.

Once he finished, he walked over to me and kissed my forehead.

"Goodmorning beautiful" He said, still sounding tired.

I brushed my teeth, brushed my hair, put on my light pink sleeveless fitted crop top and high waisted black skinny jeans, then went downstairs.

The boys were goofing around being crazy. I sat down on the couch and checked my phone.

1 new message: Mum

Mum: I'm going out with some girls so I won't be home for the night. You can have a friend or two over for the night love you

Me: Alright be safe and have fun love you too

I got up and went over to Matt. He was making waffles with Nash.

Matt noticed me, walked over to me, picked me up and placed me on the counter, he poked my nose with his finger and I giggled.

"Awe beautiful morning giggles" He stroked my cheek with his thumb.

Why is he so loving today? He's usually never this flirty. But I actually kinda like it.

Aaron walked in the kitchen. He had the brightest smile on his face. Me being curious,I hopped off the counter and walked over to see why he's so happy.

"Why so happy, Carpenter?" I teased. We call each other by our last names.

"Well, Jeinkens, I've had a crush on this girl for a while, so I asked her out on a date and she said yes!" He beamed.

"Ouuu what's her name?" I asked, excited that he's going on a date.

"Camilla" He answered.

"When is your date? And do you have any plans on where to take her?" I asked.

"Do you ever stop asking questions?" He laughed. Continuing, he said,
"The date is tonight, and I have a lot planned"

"That's nice, you should go get ready now then." Then I walked away. I bumped into Taylor.

"Hello gorgeous" He said.

"Hey Taylor" I smiled.

"So my friend Josh is having a party tomorrow night, and I was wondering if you wanted to go with me?"

"I'd most definitely love to" It will be something to do. Besides, it will be fun.

"Alright, so I'll pick you up at five tomorrow because it will take about two hours to drive to his house" I nodded and resumed walking. I decided I should go home and just relax.

I looked for Cameron, and eventually found him in the backyard, talking to Brent.

He noticed me and walked over.

"What's up?" He asked.

"Not much. Can you maybe drive me home? If you don't mind."

"Not at all. Go get your stuff and I'll be in the car"

The drive was quiet, and peaceful. When we arrived at my house, he walked me to the door.

"I'll see you later" I said, looking in my purse for the keys.

"Yeah" he replied. He lifted my chin, cupped my cheeks with his hands and gazed into my eyes. He kissed me on the lips. It was soft and sweet. Unfortunately, we separated.

"I'll text you later" He said. I nodded and he walked back to his car,'. I unlocked the door, went to my room and changed into a pink sports bra and black leggings. I grabbed my grey Nikes and put them on. I grabbed my IPod and earbuds, rushed down the stairs, then went out.

I jogged around my neighbourhood, keeping pace to the music.

I arrived to the graveyard. It's been two years since my loving father passed. He died in a car accident on his way back from work.

I kneeled in front of his grave and just stayed that way.

After, I jogged to the park. I saw a familiar group, so I turned around and started to walk away until I heard from behind me,

"Babe, where you going?"

I turned around and walked towards the group, stopping right in front of the guy.

"I'm not your 'babe' anymore, Jack, you made that clear when you broke up with me for a whore"

His group laughed at him. He looked a bit angry. I just walked until I was out of his sight and jogged home.

When I got home, I walked upstairs and took a relaxing bubble bath. When ingot out, I checked my messages.

2 new messages:Cam, Taylor

Taylor: What's up beautiful?

Cam: Hey do you want me to come over now?

Me to Cam: Sure! See you when you arrive! 😌🙈😋

Me to Taylor: Waiting for Cameron to come over, wby?😋🌸

(About an hour later)

I wonder what's taking him so long. I checked the time and it read 7:05. I chose to put on Teen Wolf.

I made it through half of the episode when I heard the doorbell ring. I hopped off the couch and strolled over to the door. When I opened the door, my heart skipped

Cameron was standing there... With a bouquet of Dahlias, chips, movies, and McDonalds.

"You didn't have to do all this" I said, motioning the stuff he's holding.

"I know I didn't have to, but I wanted to"

We go into the kitchen and he places the items on the island. I get a vase to put the beautiful flowers in.

When I turned around, I bumped into Cameron's chest. I stumbled backwards. He grabbed my arm to prevent me from falling.

"You're so beautiful baby" He pulled me closer and took a meaningful stare into my eyes.

I was getting a bit tired so I walked upstairs to my bedroom and lounged on my bed. I turned on my T.V to Netflix and put on Supernatural. Then, out of nowhere, Cameron rolled over and caged me in by placing both of his knees on either side of my thighs, and his hands wrapped around my wrists. I tried leaving his grasp, but he was too strong so I gave up.

"Let me go" I pouted. He looked me in the eyes, smirking.

"Not without a kiss" I bit my lip, considering if I should or not. But before I could give an answer, our lips crashed together. This was more passionate than our last. He gripped onto my hips with his hands, pressing me into the bed more. I moved my hands to his hair, tangling my fingers in it.

We parted for a second. I pulled my shirt over my head and threw it aside. We reconnected again, and then he started kissing my neck, trailing down to my collarbone, leaving love bites behind. A moan escaped my lips.

Once we separated, I was a bit exhausted, so I fell asleep in his arms.
