"Hey baby, we need a new house, this one won't be big enough for the three of us." said Carol walking in to the kitchen.

"The three of us?" Brad asked puzzeled.

"Yes, I'm pregnate." Carol said happily.

"You mean I'm going to be a father?" Brad asked Astonished.

"Yes, and we need a new house so we can make a baby room." said Carol.

"Why can't we use the walk in closet as the baby room?"

"Hell no, I won't out my baby in a fucking closet, that's not happening."

"Woh, I only suggested it, dont be so moody with me." brad said, realizing that he just made a huge mistake.

"MOODY!? I'm fucking pregnant I can't help but be fucking moody!" Carol Snapped back. "We need to find a new house with enough rooms for they baby and us."

"Ok, there was a two-story house down the road, pretty big, and its been empty for as long as we have lived in this neighborhood. I'll check there." said Brad. Brad grabbed his keys and started his car. He pulled up to the old creepy house and called the realtor. "Yes ma'am the house on Twenty-Fifth street, on the corner... Twenty-three hundred?... A few problems?... Those are easy to fix... We'll take it... Ok I'll be there." Brad drove home and talked to Carol.

"So how Did it go?" Carol asked.

"It went great, the house is Twenty-Three Hundred and it only has a few minor probems."

"What are the problems?" Carol asked curiously.

"Only a few busted waterlines, a hole in the roof, and something to do with the third room on the second story."

"Ok, I want to check it out when You get it payed for, how much do we have in the account?"

"We have about sixty-seven hundred left from the lawsuite last summer."

"Ok, so we have enough to get the house and pay for the dammages that need fixed. How much would The dammages be?"

"About a thousand probably more, shouldn't be too much. So how's the baby doing? How long have you known?" Brad asked.

"I only just found out yesterday when I went to my doctors appointment. You remember when I said I had that weird feeling in my stomach. The doctor did an ultrasound and that's how I found out. I wanted to tell you yesterday but I didnt know how I was going to tell you." said Carol.

Brad grabbed Carol by the waist and eased her close to him, he slowly moved his hands to Carols back and leaned in closes to her."Baby, you know how much I love you?"

"How much?"

Brad pressed his lips on Carols lips and have her a kiss, "a lot, I love you from one end of the universe to the other. I love you so much I would do anything for you."

Brad slowly moved back and said "lets go meet with the realtor about that house."

"Okay, just let me get my coat." said Carol.

Brad started the car and they drove to the realtors office. "Brad and Carol?" said the lady at the front desk. The office was unusually empty besides the 5 people behind the desk.

"Yes ma'am." answered Brad.

"Are you here for the old Johnson house?" said the lady. Everyone in the building stopped talking and looked at Brad and Carol. Brad nodded and looked around. "Are you sure you're here about that house?"

"Yes Ma'am." answered Brad.

"Ok do you know the history behind the house?" said the lady.

"No but I don't really care, I'm just looking for a new house to raise my new child in."

"Ok I just need you to sign a few papers for me, and you will own the house." Brad grabbed the pen and began signing paperwork. "Ok here is the last thing I need you to sign."

"A personal ingery waver?"

"So we don't get a lawsuit."
