Overrated

Chapter 8

A/N Sorry for the late update, I was at play rehearsals.
Kellin's POV
"Hey Kelly" I blushed as Vic stood up from his seat and kissed my cheek, pulling my chair out for me.

"Thank you" he smiled, sitting down and linking his fingers with mine on the table.

"How was your day?" I grinned, feeling him rub his thumb over my knuckles.

"Great, I never get to spend much quality time with Kate so it was nice, and last night and now make it even better" he smiled, squeezing my hand.

"I'm glad" a waiter came over, asking us what we'd like to drink.

"Can we have two glasses of wine-"

"Uh, he'll have wine, I'll have lemonade please" the man nodded and walked away as Vic raised his eyebrow.

"Do you not want any wine?"

"I'm too young to drink" I blushed as he smiled.

"Okay, how old are you?"

"I'm eighteen, I'll be nineteen a month or two after summer ends" he nodded, rubbing his thumb over my knuckles again.

"That's so cute Kelly" he smirked as I blushed.

"Shut up" he smiled, kissing my hand lightly.

"It's okay sweets, I'll let you have some of mine" I laughed, making him smile even more. I lent forward on the table, resting my chin on my hand as I looked at him.

"So how was your day?" He smiled, still rubbing my knuckles.

"Good, I always get a buzz out of performing, especially at Warped. It was even better seeing the cutest guy alive singing along in my shirt" I blushed, smiling lightly.

"I hope you don't mind" he smiled as the waiter placed our drinks in front of us.

"I don't mind at all Kelly, it looks better on you than it does me" I blushed again as he smirked, sipping his wine. He held the glass out to me, but I simply shook my head. He nodded, putting the glass down.

We ordered food and just continued chatting about random crap until he had to go back to Warped. He took the bill, not letting me say anything. Like I get I'm still in high school, I wouldn't have anything to give towards it anyway, but still. As we left the restaurant, he took my hand in his, making me blush.

"Hey, Kelly" he stopped walking, still holding my hand, and faced me.

"Yeah" I smiled as he looked at the floor, nervous.

"I know it's a bit early, but would you like to be my boyfriend?" I stood for a second, my brain turning to mush. The Vic Fuentes just asked me to be his boyfriend. I grinned, nodding before cupping his face in my hands and smashing my lips against mine. I felt him grin as he wrapped his arms round my waist and pulled me into his chest. He pulled away, rubbing my back slightly.

"I really have to go but I expect to see you at the meet and greet, okay?" He smirked as I nodded.

"Good, I'll see you later Kelly" I smiled, pecking his lips lightly before he walked off. As soon as he was out of view, I let out a little squeal. Oh my god!! I am now dating Vic Fuentes. I so have to tell Katelyn.

I walked back to warped, walking around a bit before I saw Kate.

"Hey Kells, how was dinner?" I grinned, wrapping my arms round hers and slowly leading her over to the line forming for the Pierce meet and greet.

"Kate, it was amazing. Honestly. And! Guess what" I smirked as she smiled.

"What?"

"He asked me out" she grinned, hugging me.

"Oh Kells I'm so happy for you!" I laughed as she pulled away and we continued walking.

"It's great, but he's leaving tonight" she sighed, before shrugging.

"Ask your parents first, but go on tour with him. I'm sure they have room, and I'm sure he'd love to have you around the whole summer" I grinned, I'd love to do that. Be with Vic all summer.

"Sure, I'll ask mum and dad first" she nodded as we joined the back of the queue to the meet and greet. We had been in the line for an hour and a half now, Kate going to get us some drinks every so often while I stayed in line. After another half hour, we were finally next in line. Kate grinned as the person in front of us finished having her picture taken with the guys.

"Bagsie Tony" I laughed.

"Bagsie Vic" she rolled her eyes as we were allowed to go over to them. Vic smirked when he saw me, winking as I walked over to them.

"Hey Kelly" I smiled, hugging Vic but pulling away fairly quickly, not wanting to cause another scene. Kate, on the other hand, was hugging Tony and not letting go, making Tony laugh as he looked down at her and hugged her back.

"Your lucky your mates dating my mate" I blushed as I felt Vic slap my but quickly. I gasped, blushing, as I turned round to see him smirking at me. I heard Mike gag as Jamie laughed.

"Vic, just because you can, doesn't mean you should" I laughed, shoving him lightly.

"Yeah, Vic" he chuckled, reminding me of something.

"Oh yeah, I don't know how you'd feel about this but.. I really don't want to go tonight" I saw him smile as Jamie and Mike awed, Tony and Kate talking among themselves.

"So, I was thinking, if I wouldn't be a burden, and if my parents say yes, if you'd want me to like.. join you on tour for a bit or something..." I fiddled with my fingers as my face heated up. I looked up from the floor after a few seconds to see Vic grinning at me.

"I was going to ask you the exact same thing Kelly, I'd love for you to join us" I blushed, walking up to Vic and just resting my head on his chest - glad I was slightly smaller than him - as he wrapped his arms round me.

"So what do you think your parents will say?" I shrugged, their really laid back.

"I think they'll be cool with it" he smiled, leaning down and kissing my cheek lightly, lingering his lips. He pulled back when the photographer called for us to pose or whatever. Vic stood behind me, wrapping his arms round me and rested his chin on my shoulder, kissing my cheek as Kate jumped on Tony's back. I laughed once I heard the camera go off, pulling away from Vic, only to have him pull me back to him.

"We leave at ten tonight, come to the bus around half nine if you can come, yeah?" I nodded, saying goodbye to everyone and pecking Vic's lips lightly. I'll never get tired of kissing him. As soon as we were out of the meet and greet area, I phoned my mum.

"Mum, hey, how's the holiday?"

"Good thank you Kellin, how's Warped?" I grinned.

"Great, you know Pierce?" My parents know all about my "obsession" with Pierce.

"Yes I know them honey"

"Well I'm kind of dating the lead singer now - as untrue as that sounds - and I was wondering if I could go on tour with them for the rest of the summer..?" She was silent for a bit.

"Okay, you can go, on one condition; you take your books and you study for your exams" I nodded.

"And I want to meet him"

"Of course" God I was so excited, I get to go on tour with Pierce! With my boyfriend!
