"Me and my mum are moving to the US, we're going to travel the world."
We both started to well up. "So you've decided to leave me?" My voice broke as i asked. A ball started to build up in the back of my throat.
"Sorry ha ha, my mum said you and your dad can come around for tea tonight she wants a chat" Ryleigh replied.

The day soon flew by. After school I arranged to meet my dad to take us to Ryleigh's house.
"Ilsa!"
"Daddy"
I'd always been a daddy's little girl since I was five beacause that's when we lost my mum. I remember the day we lost her. I came home from school and me and dad went to the hospital. The nurse asked to speak to my dad, I went to follow him and a male nurse asked me to take a seat, I sat there in a empty room with beeping machines blurred into the atmosphere. Then dad came back, it was the first time I'd ever seen him cry. It was horrid.

A few hours past and dad drove us to ryleighs house.

"Sugar?"
"Just the one please,"
"Sooo, errm are you exited?" I tried to break the silence.
"Well yeah I suppose, it's going to be a big change, America. The accents, the sweets, the weather, the city's wow, it's like a dream."
Ryleigh said it asif she had emotionally overcome the situation. I felt a anchor in my stomach drag down my mood further.
Ryleigh passed me a cup of tea. It was in a pink cup that I once brought her for her birthday.
We were in the kitchen my dad and ryleighs mom were talking in the front room. Ryleigh walked in first I followed closely behind.

We sat down, ryleigh looked at her mom and nodded, they both grined.

''Come with us."

"Tttt I wish" I replied.
Ryleigh nodded to me.
"Noo you're W-w you're not being serious are you?"
I looked at dad in disbelief and he nodded.
"OMG! yeah! please! can we? for real?"
They all nodded. Ryleigh handed me a ticket.
Plane tickets departing friday to America.

I closed my eyes to savor the moment. A burst of joy pouring down like rain- it developed into a storm.
I squealed loudly jumping on the spot.
"Can I go and pack like now?! Can we throw a leaving party!? Can me and ryleigh share a room?!
Oh my God!!!!
I can't wait eeeekkkkk"
Dad laughed at me.

"Throw...throw...keep... I like this top."
If we was going to move my clothes need to fit in my suitcase.
I was gathering clothes to take to the charity shop; As I was with my old toys.I just finished sorting through a pile of my old toys. Having to pack up you're whole life into a suitcase is hard, it's like having to pick and choose what memories to keep and witch to leave behind.
I couldn't belive it, America with the three people who mean the world to me. Ryleigh, Ilsa, dad and heather. I can't wait.
I stood up and exhaled. I flopped onto my bed and picked up my phone. Ryleigh was calling. I answered the phone.
"Hello?"
"It's me I was wondering if__ nahh, haha hey"
"Why'd you call?"
"Is it okay if I come over? Big news!"
"Okay, see you in ten?"
"Yep. See you"
"See youuu"
I waited for ryleigh for about ten minutes, I heard the roar of her mum's car pulling into our little cul-de-sac. I ran to the front door to invite them in. We settled down on the settee with tea, coffee and biscuits.
''So what is this 'big' news"
I exaggerated on the word big because Ry is always over exadgerating.
"Well, did you hear about the fire on the news, a family were injured; so now that can't go on there holiday tommorow, so they advertised there tickets to get rid of them,"
"And what has this got to do with me?"
"If you let me finish.. basically my mum brought them so we're leaving tommorow morning instead..."
What?! A flood of diffrent emotions was drowning me. I didn't understand. Was I angry? Was I exited?
"Wow, have you spoke to my dad about this?"
"Of corse, it was his idea"
Heather was one of those people who could say the most upsetting thing in the world and because of her tone of voice you feel okay. I'm going to miss England.
