Chapter 5

I woke up the next morning and boy was I still tired. I looked over to my clock and it was 3:30 in the afternoon. Sweet mother of Jesus I haven't slept that long in months. I got up and saw Jade watching TV in the lounge. I walked to the kitchen and made myself some porridge. I walked to the lounge and sat next to Jade and watched Supernatural. When the episode ended Jade turned to me like she was gonna say something. "Why are you still dating Chris? He's a total asshole towards your friendship with Dan" I was a bit shocked at what she said. She approved of me and Chris dating before. Chris and I have been dating for 3 years, but lately I feel like we've been drifting apart. "Yea I noticed that too. I wanna break up with him, but at the same time I love him so much and I don't want to hurt again." Chris is the only one who really loves me for me. The other guys that I dated treated me like shit and never did anything with me. They always wanted me to change for them, like if I didn't wear makeup they would make me wear makeup, if I wanted to look nice they'd put me down and make me feel like shit about myself. "Kris at this point you have to choose. Your relationship with Chris or your friendship with Dan." "Ugh I don't know, I love Chris but I think I'm starting to fall for Dan. I think I should go and talk to Zoe she's somewhat close to both of them. She'll know what to do." "Yea, she's always a big help." And with that I was off to the Zalfie house.
