Yours for him: Kitten, Ken
Oikawa:
His for you: Babygirl, Beautiful, Gorgeous, etc.
Yours for him: Kiwi (cause 'kawa' is close to 'kiwi'?? get it?? no? okay), Handsome, Trashikawa (if he's getting on your nerves)
Bokuto:
His for you: adds "-chan" to the end of your name (more often than not), or calls you something that relates to owls.
Yours for him: Owl (or you just mock his "heyheyhey" thing until you grab his attention)
