Hey, I'm here with my first ever story about the Vampire Diaries. It's about the three characters Enzo, Damon and Bonnie since I love them all.

The story picks up at the end of Mommie Dearest (episode 6X07), where Bonnie and Enzo are sitting in the diner and Damon has just fought with Stefan about Lily's redemption. I've decided to write about the dynamic between the three and what would happen if certain feelings came up in to play. Read and review! Thanks ;-)

Nothing really came at a surprise for Damon anymore. Julian, Heretics, his mother being alive; it seemed as though everything that could happen happened. Hell, a tsunami of lava could wash over Mystic Falls and he'd do nothing but sit back and watch with a side of bourbon in a glass.

But this. This was definitely surprising.

Bonnie and Enzo. Sitting in a diner, slurping back drinks while sitting closer than people who aren't really friends should be sitting.

Damon was in grave need of a drink after the whole fight with Julian and argument with his brother about his constant need to seek out the redemption of his mother. He had hoped to parade down to the nearest bar and drink some well needed alcohol but he didn't think he'd parade across this. Damon watched despondently from outside the window of the diner as Enzo said something to Bonnie with a ghost of a grin and she responded back with one herself.

He took this as his cue to walk in and make his presence known. He stalked over to the table and sat down immediately, shooting the pair of supernaturals one of his signature sinister grins.

"Well, well, well. . . what are you two doing together?" Damon questioned as he took Bonnie's glass from her hands to finish it off.

Bonnie sighed and a roll of her eyes accompanied it. "What does it look like we're doing, Damon?"

Enzo however didn't say anything; he just smirked at the witch's rude remark and continued downing his drink. Damon shot a glare at him and then returned his focus to Bonnie.

"You're being awfully rude today. . . watch out or I'd just might have to snap your neck," Damon joked without so much as a sense of humor on his face.

"Hardy har har," Bonnie deadpanned. "We were just having a drink and bonding over how fucked up our lives are. Perhaps you should join the crew as well," Bonnie said before ordering a round of shots from a nearby server.

"Oh, let me guess. You" Damon pointed to Enzo, "are just mad that your little plan to be the hero who slays Julian failed. Boo hoo. And you," Damon turned back to Bonnie, "probably have had some rough day in which someone has used your magic for their benefit. What else is new?"

Enzo finally decided to open his mouth as he could see Bonnie had stopped caring enough to respond to Damon.

"How about you just shut your mouth and join the drinking, mate? It'd save us all the annoyance," his accent suggested.

"I'd rather not take advice from a lonely stalker who seems to be obsessed with inserting himself within my family and bedding my mother, so no thanks," Damon responded back with a sarcastic grin.

Enzo's jaw ticked and the two began having a staredown. Bonnie took this as her cue to intervene as she didn't want to have two vampires throwing down in the middle of a restaurant filled with mortals.

"Relax. Both of you. Take a shot and let's continue the impromptu pity party we've started in this place."

"Well, you know me. I'd never pass down the opportunity to get hammered," Damon settled.
