"Ocean Master! Black Manta!" Aqualad yelled. The two villains turned to see Aqualad, Lagoon Boy, Batgirl, and Nightwing swimming towards them.

"Don't let them near the room!!" Black Manta yelled.

"Too late!" Batgirl smirked as she and Nightwing expertly swam past the two villains. Lagoon Boy and Aqualad took on Black Manta and Ocean Master.

"Go get the League!" Aqualad called to Nightwing.

"Will do!" Nightwing called as he and Batgirl swam as fast as they could to the shut doors on the far side of the room.

"Mardon!" Black Manta yelled.

"Who?" Batgirl asked.

"Don't know. Just keep an open mind." Nightwing shrugged as they opened the doors. There was a tunnel leading up, and the two swam up to the top, where they surfaced. They held their rebreathers and took in their surroundings.

"Who's..." Batgirl gasped as they gaped at the giant grotto they found themselves in, and it wasn't the same one in the cave, because it was bigger.

"Do you see the League anywhere at all?" Nightwing asked as he held up a flashlight.

"Don't. Even. Bother." A deep voice answered out of the dark.

"Who's there?" Batgirl demanded.

"I should be asking you that question. You two are the ones trespassing." The voice replied, sounding completely nonchalant.

"Where's the League?" Nightwing yelled into the shadows.

"Like I'd let you get to them that easily..." The man shook his head as he walked out to where they could see him. It was the same man under the dark hood.

"You..."

"That's right, it's me.  Too bad you don't know my name."

"Then what is it?" Batgirl rolled her eyes.

"My name? Weather Wizard." The man smirked evilly and rose his hands, clouds forming above his head, even though they were in the cave. He produced rapid flashes of lightning, and soon, Nightwing and Batgirl recognized the barely distinct shadows of the League, all tied up and unconscious.

"Let them go!!" Nightwing demanded.

"Why should I? Not until you all surrender at least." Weather Wizard shrugged, "just turn yourselves in, and I'll let them leave with no harm."

"Nightwing?" Batgirl asked, watching Nightwing for a response.

"You don't want to fight me for this. Just make this a peaceful trade. You all die for them. Besides, the world needs them more than they need you..." Weather Wizard considered thoughtfully, watching the two with intent.

"Never..." Nightwing answered, barely audible.

"Fine." Weather Wizard said, "then you'll be sorry." He smirked as he lifted his hand high above his head, twirled his index finger in the air a few times, and the clouds that formed over his head started swirling into a giant twister behind him, "you've had your warnings."
