‘Ching Ching, Ching Ching’
I heard the sound of my phone ringing as it woke me up. I yawned and sat up, looking at the name on the screen. It read ‘Jess’. Jess is my bestest friend in the entire world. I’ve known her since preschool, so she should know that i don’t get up before at least 10:30!
“What?” I groan as i answer her call, “I was sleeping!”
“Do you wanna come to a sleepover at my house tonight?” she asked me, seeming wide awake.
“With who?” i say still sounding a bit groggy.
“You, Me, Lisa and Lucy.” She replies
“Yeah sure,” i say “When?”
“Come around 6 ish, stuff should be ready then.” She tells me
“Cool, seeya then.”
“Bye!” we say in unison like always
I hang up the phone and get out of bed smelling bacon sandwiches... mmm!
I go downstairs and see my mum in the kitchen wearing her cupcake apron.
YAY!
