The “modern” day is truly horrible. Humans run this world as if it was a zoo. Well actually, humans don’t run this world. The mythical creatures do but, their always hiding. There are a few times when mythical creature has snapped. You see, adapting to this new human world is really hard for us mythical creatures. We are used to ruling the world. Since humans came onto the Earth, we hide because they are dangerous and blah blah blah. One day the mythical creatures will take over and enslave the humans. That I am looking forward too. J

I Live in Liverpool London by myself. When I lost my lover, I couldn’t be near anyone. I hated everyone, and blamed them for my loves death. Since I am 10,017 years old, I go to a private school because, I look so damn young -_-. I stopped aging at 17 because I chose too. Old vampires can choose what age to stop aging. I chose 17 not realizing that, when I would come into this human society, it would backfire. I don’t make any friends because I hate humans; even though I am admired by all of them. To humans vampires are beautiful because we look “flawless”. To other vampires we all look to the same. Nothing perfect. Whatever.

Today is the first day back to school and I’m a senior. Again. I am at my locker when a rather obnoxious human approaches me. “Ello there, Zorteliah. You look beautiful today…Like always.” Sighing, “Thank you, Hu-um person.” Damn! Why did I almost call him human?! “My name is Roger but you can call me Rog.” With a bored expression on my face I say “ok”. The stupid human boy kept talking, I just walked away. There is really no point going to school because I already know this stuff and beyond but I need to do this crap to look normal. I don’t want to hide like the other vampires, I want to be out and well… walk among the humans? Half the day went by fast like usual and it was now lunch time. I was planning to go back home for lunch but something told me to go to lunch at school. I walked to the cafeteria and was heading for the lunch line until I saw a familiar face. At first I didn’t recognized him. When I did, I screamed at the top of my lungs and fainted.
