A few months passed after me and Chris met. I started texting and talking to him more. I got to know him personally, and turns out we have a lot in common.

That's the weird part. We have alot in common. He acts like me, talks like me, and basically is the male version of me.

I was talking to my cousins Kyla and Kiyae about him and neither of them knew who he was.

"Whatchu' mean you aint meet him? He always comes around," i said. Its been two months they should've been met him.

"Lorén, you just met this boy and you talking bout him like you knew him for years," Kyla said squinting at me.

"Maybe she likes hi-"

"No," I cut Kiyae off so quick. The hell. I don't like him. Hell no. Fuck no.

"Yes you do. What does he look like?" Kyla said.

Oh shit... I don't know. I never really attempted to find out what his face looked like.

"Ooo... I really don't know."

"The fuck Lorén," Kiyae exclaimedz

"How you don't know?" Kyla stated.

"You just a dumb bitch ain't you?" Kiyae asked.

"Fuck both of y'all okay? Okay."

Just then, i got a text from Chris. Speak of the Devil and he shall appear.

Chris: "Hey ghost"
Me: "Hey lol."
Chris: "Damn you ain't talk to me in a lil minute, wassup witchu?"
Me: "Nun"
Chris: "Oh okay ig lol"
Me: "Yeah lol. Wyd bae?"
Chris: "Bae? Im bae now?"
Me: "Been bae lol."

He left me on R. I squinted at my phone. He really left me on R. Well dang, if you ain't wanna be bae that's all you had to say.

I rolled my eyes and tossed my phone.

"You alright?" Kiyae asked.

"What did Marquis say Chris said?"

"I heard Chris myself say you was bae and that you could've been bae but you was playing," she said.

Did i hear her correctly? I could've been bae but I was playing? Wow. Okay. Cool.
