Chapter 10-A Life worth Living

   "Jereth! You're Alive! Oh I missed you so much!" Sarah said running to the limping Jereth seeming to forget what she was about to do. "Careful I barely made it to the castle." Jereth said lightly as Sarah nearly knocked him down.
    "Oh how I missed you Precious. I'm sorry I couldn't get here when I said I would. Some shapeshifter took my form and pretended to be me to their death. My magic wouldn't work because of were I was and also because of my weak condition but I love you." Jereth said before gently pulling Sarah into a passionate kiss/embrace.
Jereth then released himself from her grip. "I believe this is yours. I found it outside our window it's about us isn't it?" Jereth said holding the book Sarah had been writing. "Yes I guess I got the ending wrong." Sarah said "It's about our special love."
"Tonight we will have no worries because we have each other." Jereth said smiling. They smiled and went to the children's room and woke them all up. "D-d-daddy?" Fate said. This surprised everyone that she remembered him. "Yes it is your daddy!" Sarah said with a big grin.
"Dad!!!" Magenta, Haze, Xander, and Rosebud said in unison as the rushed into a group hug. "Oh careful guys. I'm going to go to the doctor with mommy now okay." Jereth said. Sarah helped the limping Jereth to their room. Then she called for the doctor to heal her Jereth.
(The next day)
"My people!" Sarah said "I know you still grieve the king but grieve no more. The king is alive and is on the way to recovery. Here is king Jereth of the goblins!" Jereth walked onto the balcony with Sarah weakly. Everyone cheered in joy and happiness. They were happy.
"I am sorry for not getting back sooner. I truly am. You all know the prophecy and now know we have defeated it. Any person can tell you your fate. That doesn't mean that fate can be changed. That's all I have to say good day." Jereth said meaning every single inspiring tiny word with his heart.
    Then Sarah and Jereth walked into the castle smiling like nothing could ever change them. Indeed nothing could change them but there will be many tasks ahead. They wouldn't stop loving each other even if the world was falling down.
