I pulled down my goggles and everything became a dark shades of blue, "You don't have my pay?" My voice was muffled by the bandana I had tied around my front of my mouth and nose, "Now you don't have a house~" I sang using my strike machines to light the house on fire in a matter of seconds.

The fire roared to life as I just laughed....

I screamed shooting up from my bed drenched in cold sweat, holding my head I checked if I had taken my meds before I fell asleep last night.. Nope. Letting out a huge sigh I got out of bed even if it was... I checked my phone... Three in the morning. The stairs let off an loud and eerie creeks each time I stepped on one, "Just shut up will you?" I yelled in a whisper even if no one was home I still tried to stay quiet.

"Haha I told you this place was empty!" A muffled unfamiliar voice sang.

"We should go he told us that we weren't allowed around here." Another voice hissed quietly.

"I agree we shouldn't be here-" At this point I began to walk up the stairs to hide because nobody was supposed to be in the house now but as soon as I took one step up the stairs there was a loud

CREEK

I herd something metallic clack on the ground, "THERE IS SOMEONE HERE!"

Nope noppy nope nope!

I began to run up the stair to get away from the people cause that always works in horror movies, I could here the thumping of footsteps of the people chasing after me. There was a laundry hamper next to the top of the stairs, if I could just. I got to the top of the stairs swiping the laundry hamper looking back at the people.... And they look quite... Odd.

I didn't have time to look at them I need to go! I threw the laundry hamper at them before running into my parents room, there was a loud crash and a lot of yelling of weird names. They was one normal name... Toby. The rest of the names where just clothing items with Y's at the end.

As fast as I could I locked the door, it was a crappy lock so it wouldn't hold them out forever. Frantically I scanned the room for something to but in front of said door, the dresser! I could hear them charge up the stairs, gotta go fast! The dresser was heavy but I pushed against the dresser using all my weight, the dresser let out a loud creaking noise as it scratch the floor.

Fear began to bubble up inside of me as I could hear them trying to get through the door quickly. I pushed against the dresser one more time using every single ounce of energy I had left, it was done they were locked out for the time being. But that means I'm locked in, I had nowhere to go my parents room didn't have any secret rooms that lead anywhere and we were on the second floor... So where was I to go now? There's nowhere.

The door began to hit the dresser as they tried to open it over and over again. Are they really that stupid what you think that the just going to magically disappear after the third time you had it? No that's not how it works.

The people were going to get through and I had nowhere to go. Looking around my eyes met on my father's desk! That's usually where he kept my matches, or the he fines at least. I sprinted over to the desk looking through the drawers I pulled on some of them so hard that they were pulled right out... My bad... How my match even going to help me in the situation? I don't know. What am I going to do burn the house down... Actually that's not a bad idea! Not burning the house down but just... Agh no.... That would never work!

OK I'll leave that as a Plan B then finally I felt a familiar box, my fingers wrapped around it and pulled it out of the drawer. It was my box of matches I could tell it was mine because of design on it I had made it myself. Pretty cool, don't you think?

I looked out the window it wasn't that for over jump down... OK who am I kidding? If I jump down and land on something wrong I'm done but if the guys in the hall get threw and catch me then I'm completely utterly done so let's take this chance, I open the window the cold winter air hit my face it started biting at me I didn't really care.

Somehow the men got through the door, I look back at them a smile on my face, "later losers." I snickered out cockily before jumping out the window. I hit the ground with a load thud, getting up I quickly checked if I had broken anything... Nope... I glanced up at the window they were there I could hear the footsteps in the staircase they were loud and frantic I can't stay here for longer!

I began to bolt away, jumping or pushed over things that where in my way. My grandmother's house wasn't too far from here but it was probably far enough to lose these creeps. If I just keep up this pace I could get there in no time flat and the guys would be far gone!

Should I take the shortcut it would be faster and I would probably lose them faster as well but it's through the forest... It wasn't too deep in the forest. The path was kind of on the edge and you could easily see the roads and houses if you look hard enough... I guess... I haven't been there in such a long time. Turning into the forest my stomach twisted into knots subconsciously knowing this was a bad idea, but agent my greatest wishes my legs began to slow down now keeping me at a walking pace. I wasn't a very active person... DON'T JUDGE ME!

The path was very dark getting a bit of lights from the flickering street lamps.

I kept walking faster and faster once again the I herd it.

"Where you going?"
