Blennerhassett hotel can be found in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The hotel has had so many witnesses to its paranormal side. Some believe that there's a grey man who haunts the second floor, and the elevator is said to made unwanted stops to the second floor. There's also sighting of a crying woman's ghost in the front of the hotel. They say she was killed by an out of control driver. There's also sighting of a young boy in the same area. The hotel was built in 1889 by William Chancellor. It originally held 50 guest rooms and four floors, and the 5th floor containing a kitchen. It was named for Harman and Margaret Blennerhassett. They had 100 years previously owned the mansion on a nearby Ohio River. William Chancellor is said to haunt the hotel, and makes himself known by the smell of cigar smoke, and or a glowing anomaly showing in his portrait.
