The Beginning

Chapter 1: Dexie

 One day me and the girls were in our room, minding our own business as we were expecting our father. Our dad was Sacks science partner to discover interesting chemicals form space.
*knocking*
The girls and I gasped to who was at the door and Cupid yelled
"Daddy," we ran to him to give him a big hug.
"Hey how are my beautiful girls," he said.
"We're fine daddy,"Cupid said.
"We're so happy to see you out of that lab of yours again," Jamie said as I chuckled.
But what's more exciting was that we we're going to his lab. Note to self I know you might think it's pretty boring, but even I think it's really cool.....and whatever.
"So dad, when are we going to your lab? I can't wait to-"Jamie said until Cupid cut her off.
"What will we do oh, what will we see?" Cupid said.
Well.....
Dad didn't  respond then, the girls and I got concerned.
"Dad are you okay, what's the matter?" I say. Dad said there's going to be a 'change of plans'. The girls and I were seriously confused on why that was important.
"What's the point about saying there's a change of plans?" Cupid said. He said that there really was no subjects to experience our mutagen.
"And...." I said as he turned to me with a weird look in his eye,
"You are the ones that we'll be testing." Jamie, Hazel, and I was speechless. And then suddenly we hear
"WHAT!??" Cupid said. I rolled my eyes and put my hands on my face. "Dad have you gone crazy, we have no idea what could happen to us." Hazel said as I almost started to panic.
"Here's a better question, What part of this test do we have to take?" I said. He said that we we're going to become half mutant turtles. I guess we get to keep some of our human identity but still.

"Now isn't that pretty cool," he said it like it was a good thing. We all shook our heads no making him smile a little.
"Its your choice to make girls, I'm going to leave this room so you can make a decision."
"OK daddy" we said in unison. He left room while me and my sisters were thinking as hard as we can.
"Guys, I honestly don't know what to do" Jamie said while she was trying to think.
"Yeah girls, I don't even think were ready" Hazel said agreeing with Jamie "What are we gonna do?" I say
''Well we could just say 'no dad this is stupid' "Cupid said.
"CUPID!!!!"we yelled her as we threw our pillows at her.
"OK OK I was just joking  around." I rolled my eyes and payed attention to Hazel and Jamie.
''I think it would be best if we do what he says and hope that nothing too drastic happens to us,"Hazel said.
"But Haze just stop and think for a second, were talking about something that never happened to us before. And you are seriously taking that risk," I said just to make sure shes not trying to kill herself.
"We know its just that we don't want to hurt our dad's feelings." Jamie said as Hazel shook her head in agreement. I wanted to say something but she knew that her sisters got a point. 

When I looked at Cupid she saw that she didn't want to hurt his feeling too. "You sure that you guys want to do this?" I say.
"Well if its worth on making our dad happy so be it," Cupid said as she looked at me. It took me a minute to think about it but I couldn't bare the sad look on their faces.
*sigh*
"All right I'll do it, But only for our dad." I said as Jamie,Hazel and Cupid hugged me with joy.
"All right, all right, all right!!!" I said when I felt uncomfortable with them hugging me to death. Then we all laughed and hugged each other,then Cupie sang a part of a song from
"The Cheetah Girls."
"Cause we are sisters,we stand together" then Hazel and Jamie joined in.
"We make up big family, but we don't look the same." They waited for me to sing the next part. I sighed and....
"our spots are different,different colors," they smiled and continued on. "We make each other strong and that ain't never gonna change"....we laughed and then we went to our dad saying that we were ready. He said
"I love you girls."
"we love you too dad," I and the girls said with a smile. When we got down the stairs we walked into the tubes to do the test.
"Let's get this over with." It took a few minutes to get started, then we felt a major amount of pain. We couldn't bare but scream then.... black out, falling down on our knees as the pain grew stronger. When we woke up a few minutes later, we realized that we were still in our tubes. I figured that we should be done with the test. I put my hand on the glass to call dad, but then I found out that my hand is GREEN!!!! Not only that I had a TAIL and my EARS were gone. And I felt my back was straight and hard.
"OH GOD,OH MY GOD. MY HAND IS GREEN AND I HAVE A TAIL," I yelled. Though I should be thankful that we didn't grow a shell.
"UHHH, what happened......" Cupid said as she and the others woke up. "AND WHY AM I GREEN WITH A TAIL ON MY BUTT!!!!!!!!!!"Cupid yelled. "Hazel I want answers now, like RIGHT NOW." I said trying not to panic.
"OK OK I'm thinking" Hazel yelled scared.
"Hey hey it's OK your going to be fine." I heard as I turned around and found our dad touching the tube. "DAD DADDY WHAT'S GOING ON, WHY ARE WE GREEN!!!!"I said as I started to freak out.
"HONEY, sweetheart look at me. You and your sisters are going to be fine. It's just that you've changed at bit." That was where I got confused on 'changed'.
"CHANGED, dad what do you mean by changed." Dad was about to speak then Sacks presses a button and.....
"AHHHHHHAHAH." We screamed as we realized that Sacks didn't just wanted to help us with the project, He was draining our blood all together. Then dad bravely fought Sacks as someone out the nowhere to help us escape.
"Follow me where you'll be safe." We felt incredible as if I thought we could do anything. Then.......once we were out of the house, we weren't able to hear from our dad after that. Hazel, Cupid and Jamie cried at the burning house from a roof of a apartment, As I stand hugging Cupid. And I look at the house, knowing that I'll never ever forgot this very moment when we lost our father. And the things that question me 'Why was Sacks draining our blood?' 'Is our dad still alive?' 'What will happen to us as we are like...THIS?'. Well I'll figure out the truth about what's happening.....if it's the last thing I do.
"Follow me please,"as I looked, it was heading towards an abandoned apartment. Really we had no choice but to follow, as we hold our necklaces our dad gave us on our birthday.
