Kye and James were happy, at least until the trip came to an end.
Kye had to leave. To go back home and she couldn't help but become an emotional mess.
It definitely didn't help that James' ex started texting him again. Begging for them to get back together. She said she changed and she would love him and that she would be better than Kye.
But everyone knew that was a lie.
She was just jealous.
"I don't want to go" Kye spoke through her tears.
Her face was red and puffy but to James she still looked beautiful.
"You have to. But I'm definitely going to be seeing you soon" James spoke comfortingly as he pulled Kye into a large bear hug.
She cried tears of mascara into James' white shirt, but he didn't mind.
"Thank you for letting me come here" she spoke.
"I had a lot of fun! Try to text me every day..oh and Skype and calls, I always want to hear from you"
She smiled before kissing him again as the flashes of cameras went off again as the paparazzi got their shots of the beautiful couple.
She was grateful he didn't mind being photographed or rumoured about or in the media. He was just there for her.
And she loved that!
"Flight 767 for New York boarding now"
Kye's eyes widened as she gripped James T-shirt extremely tight.
She didn't want to let go. She didn't want to be away from him.
"It's okay Kye! Just remember we can do long distance!"
She slowly started to release her hold on his shirt.
She nodded before wiping her eyes and giving her boarding pass to the air hostess.
The woman nodded before Kye was pushed along. She stood on her tippy toes trying to spot James until she couldn't anymore. The crowds were too extreme.
She finally gave up and moved along with crowds instead of pushing against them.
Her eyes started watering again as she sat in her assigned seat. It didn't help that she was sat next to a really hot guy who stared at her like she was insane.

After a while her watering eyes gave into the darkness swallowing them as she fell into a dreamless sleep.
