We have laughed together,
And cried together.
Shared our fears and dreams.
Felt the love and loss of one another.
But never lost our faith.
You are the shoulder to cry on,
And a steady hand to hold.
With every caring word,
A kind gesture came in suit.
You are my everything.
In my darkest hours,
You never judge or mock,
You have never turned your back.
You have never ending love it seems
And a smile that never falters
When I need it most.
You share these things with me generously.
Without you I would be lost.
Thank you for being you
I would not change a thing
And I could never thank you enough
For being my best friend.
