Sitting on a deck, watching the rain pelt the ground, is when I heard it, the first scream. BANG! the ring of a gun echoed through the air. Jumping to my feet, I ran through the house. Till I got to the front window. Freezing, I watched as army vehicles pulled up in front of houses. Men running into the broken down little homes and start pulling family by there hair out. My eye caught a bulky man dragging my friends mother through the dirt. Throwing her to the ground and put a bullet into her head. Shushing her screams and cries, of please to live. The window started to fog as my breaths became short. Thump thump thump thump. The beat of my heart started drowning the world out. My mind franticly racing. Trying to think of what to do, when my eyes made contact with the man. He put a mirror thingy up to his eyes and looked directly into mine. Slowly lowering it down, a sinister smile bloomed across his face. He started barking orders to the other men around him. More shots where fired. My feet started moving before my brain could register what I was even thinking. The wind pushed the ran into me, soaking my bones. Putting my hands up to block out the rain. I hear an ear splitting howl break through the sky. My head snaps up as a pack of wolves sprint towards us. Bullets fly at them whimpers of pain fall from their mouths, past the pants and thundering of their paws on the ground. The cracking of bones grab my attention as I turned and watched, my Neighbours and friends turn into wolves. Slowly the street turns into a battle filed and I'm just standing next to it. Looking for Familiar faces. The ground started shacking as tanks roll in. An alarming howl stops the blood bath, wolves all around start retreating. I watched tentatively as the army blocks off different roots.
"There leading them to the forests.."
I run after the pack. Curious to why there leading them their. Then i start to remember the barrier they built a few months back. Stating that behind those doors there's danger. I never understood what they meant, I use to play in those woods and never saw anything scary. As I draw near I see the door opened while wolves slowly  disappear behind the door.  Being so rapped up in what was happening. I forgot the one that mattered until I heard they cry.
"SCARLETT." I turn around to see my baby sister being held down by gun point. A man yelling at others.
"She's one of them!"
"Hey!" I run towards them with my hands in the air."
"Calm down that's my sister, she hasn't done anything wrong!"
"She one of them. That gives me every reason to shot her."
"You shot her, I'll kill you!" My eyes narrow. I watch his facial futures carefully, as I step closer trying to get between him and my sister. Getting close enough I stood In front of my sister blocking his way.
" get out of my way our I kill the both of you."
" I don't think so." Grabbing the gun I twist it in his hands . Smashing him over the head with it. His lifeless body hit the ground. Turning around I see people staring at me.
"Come near me or my sister and I'll shot."
Picking my little sister over my shoulder I slowly make my way towards the doors. Pointing my gun every which way someone flinches. Hearing growls as I get close I point my gun at them. Putting my sister to the ground. I look at them and slowly showing my sister and her eyes.
"Please take my sister and keep her safe. If you do I'll protect you and your people one day." I whisper. Looking down I can see my sisters beautiful glowing Sea blue eyes, looking at me. Tears start steaming down her face. I lift my hand up and start whipping them away.
"Hey hey, shh it's going to be okay I promise." Attempting to coo my sister.
"Will I every see you again." She sobs into my shirt.
"Of course. Maybe not tomorrow or in this life time but I'll always find you." Turning her around after one more
hug, I look at the people. People that where just ran out of town. People I know. I look at a man. Riley, I've known him for years. He help raise us.
"Riley. Please protect her. Don't let anything happen.
"I will." He shook his head taking my sister in to his arms.
"I love you. And Riley you where like a father to me." I kiss my sisters head and step back watching as the door slowly close. Separating me from my family. Heavy foot steps make there way to me. A ringing sounds blinds my ears, red pain consumes my body. My weight seems to get heavier with ever passing second. Dropping to the ground I watch as a red mist clouds my eyes. My last thought is my sister before my air is limited and eyes go heavy.
