chapter 62

Tini's pov

*Two days passed by and I'm going crazy because of Jorge. He doesn't eat nor sleep. Everytime I knocked on the door, he opened just to say that he has no time and close in front of me. I know that the band means a lot to him and to me too of course, but this is too much. Now, I'm standing in front of his room again, taking a deep breath. I knocked on the door and went in with his lunch. I placed it on the table which was full of papers and files. Jorge was sitting on the other side, reading and writing something.*

T: I made your favourite meal.

J: Thank you but I won't eat anyway

T: You have to. Please, leave your work and eat, then you can continue. Fifteen minutes won't kill you.

J: Martina, I said I won't eat. I don't want to. I'm stressed enough, don't make it worse please

*I went closer and sat next to him, placing all the papers he was holding aside to hold his hands. I looked in his eyes for the first time in a few days, red and so empty. He dedicated his all to this matter.*

T: Listen. I know how important this is to you. But the others are looking for someone too and you're changing into a walking dead.

J: That's not true. Just your point of view.

*He said quite annoyed.*

T: Tell me, when was the last time you slept?

*I said while looking at him trying to keep his red, tired eyes open*

J: I don't need to sleep

T: Jorge, don't be silly. Let's go to the bed and rest.

J: No...

*He was too tired and weak to resist so I dragged him to the bed and he layed down*

J: Will you stay here with me?

T: Okay, if it makes you stay in bed.

*I lied down and turned my back to him. He pulled me close and turned me around so we were facing each other.*

J: Thank you for being here for me. I love you.

*Jorge's hand was travelling from my neck to cheek, hair and then back. Then he pressed his lips against mine. Finally I can feel him close to me after such a long time. He pulled away and fell asleep quietly*
