Tini's pov

T: No. This isn't true.

La: Believe me or not, I have to go now. Bye.

*She walked away and I stood there stunned. I believe Lara. He's been acting very stange. I took up my phone and dialed Jorge's phone number as I walked away. A phone, another thing he bought for himself with his money. Where does he get all the money from? Damn! Voice mail. I dialed Ruggero's number and called.*

R: Hello?

T: Hi Ruggero, do you know where Jorge is?

R: No but I think he is ar work

T: Uhm. Do you know what his job is?

R: Yeah... an actor...

T: Why do unsure? You know what is his new job?

R: Tini, he has to tell you this by himself. I need to go now, talk to you later

T: No! Ruggero!

*He hang up. Who else knows about this?! Mechi! She should be at home now. I walked to her house and knocked. I expected Mechi but a man opened. Tall, slim, with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a smile on his lips*

??: Hi

T: Hi, eh... is Mercedes here?

??: Yes, she is here. Come in

*He's a foreign, from Europe. His accent is quite striking. I walked to the kitchen where Mechi was sitting, eating her apple*

T: Hi

M: Hello Tini!

*The guy walked in too and we stood in silence for a while*

M: Oh, I forgot. Tini, this is Ridder, my best friend from Europe. He arrived yesterday because of a job he has here. Ridder, this is Martina or Tini, my best friend from Argentina and basically my sister.

T: Nice to meet you

R: Pleasure on my side.

*I got distracted for a while but then remembered why I came.*

T: Mechi, I need help! Do you know what is Jorge's job?

M: An actor?

T: No, I found out that he got fired

M: Really? Then no. I don't know

T: Well... thank you... I'm going to try anywhere else.

M: Do you want us to help you?

T: No, that's not necessary. Bye!

Ridder: Wait Tini. Jorge? How does he look like?

T: Tall, brown hair, hazel eyes.

Ridder: I know where he is! He was at my friend's house today.

T: And can you take me there? Please?

Ridder: Sure! But it's already late. Don't you want to go home? He is surely back home by this time

T: No. He isn't at home. He always comes late. Let's go.
