Claire's POV
After catching up with Brendan I went up to my room to FaceTime Rebecca (Becca). She only lives a bit down the road but I wasn't bothered to walk. It rang three times before she picked up. "Heyyy Clureeee" she shouts enthusiastically! "Hey Becca" I reply. "How's your brother" she questiones. "Wouldn't you like to know" I tell her sassily. I know becca has a crush on my brother she has for years now but is too shy to tell anyone! Her face turned bright pink and she hid away. I was about to speak to becca about school when Josh walks in. "Hey are you okay?" I ask abit unsure why he's in my room. "Oh yea sorry I thought this was the bathroom... Never mind sorry" he said before leaving.
I turned back to face becca who looks shocked. "Who's the fella?!?" She exlaimes. "Oh that's just Josh one of Brendan's friends" I said as if I didn't care about him. "And you like him Ye!" Becca questions moving her eyebrows up and down. My face went scarlet. "No what makes you think that" I replied a bit too quickly.
"Well you just confirmed it bye love you have fun" she said winking. "Wait no don't go" I tried but she was already gone.
Did I like Josh I thought to myself? Yea he's good looking but I don't think I like him like that.
