"what do you mean they got in your house?"derek questioned into the phone in worry. "i mean that..the alpha pack was inside my house..where my family lives!!"i yelled punching a hole in the nearby wall. "how do you know they were there..did you see them?"derek asked ."no but i have to say their scent is very distinctive..and also they left that damn symbol painted on my ceiling!"i replied pacing the room in anger. "isaac your going to have to find a way to protect them..the alphas couldve easily killed them if they wanted too."derek stated letting out a frustrated sigh. "i know i do..but how am i isupposed to protect them from those monsters...what if they get to them derek..what if they get hurt?"i asked rhetorically running a irritated hand through my hair. "you're going to have to send them away isaac...keeping them here will only make them a liability for you..its the only option."derek stated into the phone solidly."where the hell am i supposed to send them derek..they need to be next to me so that i can protect them...i need to be with them."i muttered into the phone not wanting to think about spending another day without my family. "i know its tough isaac but if you want to protect them you have to send them somewhere safe...i know deaton has family in ohio that wouldnt mind keeping them for a while...ill give him a call to make arrangements..but for now do your best to keep them safe...their my family too isaac." derek stated before hanging up the phone. i turned to my babies who were now just staring at me in silence not knowing this side of me existed. i immediately turned calm not wanting to scare them away from their daddy. i knelt down and began to tickle them gently since hearing their giggles always made me happier. soon sirenna walked down the staris in her night gown smiling at me. "ill go make dinner."she stated walking into the kitchen. she returned 30 minutes later picking camden up and heading to the dining room cueing me to do the same for scarlett. "baby we need to talk." i stated after taking my seat at the head of the table. "about what?"she asked her eyebrows furrowing in concern. "you know theres a new alpha pack in town that wants to get rid of our pack...when i came home after picking the kids up i sensed that they had been in our house...they even left their symbol painted on our ceiling."i stated clutching my fists underneath the table to contain my anger. "what...when?"sirenna asked fear spread across her face. "you were asleep so you didnt hear them....what if they..no..no"i stoped myself not even wanting to fathom that they couldve hurt my wife. "how are we going to protect them?"sirenna questioned as she looked at our babies who were now squashing their faces with food. "derek said the only way was to send you all somewhere safe..he said that deaton had family in Ohio that could probably take you guys..i dont like the idea of you all not being by my side but its better than staying here."i confessed running my hands through my hair once again in frustration."for how long?"sirenna questioned a stray tear falling from her eyes. it felt like my heart was shattering with every tear she shed. i rushed over to her side whiping the tears from her cheeks. "shh..baby its okay..it wont be for long..i promise that right after we get rid of the alpha pack ill come back for you guys."i stated kissing her forehead to relax her even though i was broken on the inside. "isaac im not letting you leave my side again..we can send the kids to somewhere safe..but im staying here with you...im not letting you go again..it almost killed me the first time being without you."sirenna stated looking into my eyes with her brown ones. "sirenna i cant let you stay here...its to dangerous..i know its hard but its the only way i can ensure your safety."i demanded rubbing her cheek to soothe her. "no isaac...not again...im not doing this again...were in this together..forever remember?"sirenna questioned a new set of tears in her eyes. "sirenna if anything happened to you-" "stop saying that isaac..ill be safe..as long as im with you everything will be ok." she stated wrapping me into a hug. i pray to god that shes right.
