Chapter 2 Flashback

She's running fast,faster as a mans voice calls for her. Her fathers voice telling her to come back. Today was her mothers funeral and she could not believe she had died. Her mother the one who would count the stars with her and sing her to sleep. Her mother did not deserve to die such a awful death. She had been slashed in the belly and ended up bleeding out. Diana ran far faraway from her heartless father who was already getting ready to be married again. She didn't care that the country needed a queen she did not want a another mother. Finally Diana stopped in front of her tree, the oldest tree in the forest. He was over 3,000 years old and she had always come to it to get answers. Diana sat down on the tree and feel asleep.
End Flashback
Once again she was walking through the forest with Jace who was staring at her,and she realized she had been in a daze. "Sorry let's keep walking.", she said deciding to keep the story to herself. They walked for a long time hearing the moasic birds. Moasic birds we're the most majestic and beautiful bird in all of the kingdom of Masse. There songs were of the sweetest things like the hum of the summer bird or the hoots of the snowy owl. The forest surrounding her grew dense so dense that after a while the sun could not break through the leaves. After a long time Jace being how he is interuppted the silence. " What were you thinking about?" He asked. " Nothing just usual thinking." He looked like he didn't believe her but he didn't press the subject that's why they we're friends. They stayed for a while but finally as the sun set they went back. "Bye" Have said why he walked in his tent. Diana sat outside her tent and watched as the last of the orange light feel from the sky. Then she crawled in her tent to sleep.
