The Start of Something New (Timmy Imagine)

I didn't recognise the blonde haired boy that sat down next to me. We were halfway through the first semester, and getting new people was unusual for my school.

"Ah, you must be Timothy." the teacher said, looking right at the boy. 

He nodded. "I prefer Timmy." the boy said. His voice was like music to my ears.  

"Noted." the teacher said, starting the lesson.

"Hey, do you have a pencil I can borrow?" Timmy asked, leaning towards me.

"Yeah."I answered, rummaging through my bag. I pulled one out and handed it to him.

"Thanks, uh."

"Carrese." I supplied.

"Thanks Carrese." 

I smiled to myself, looking back down at my notebook. I tried to focus on English, but I just couldn't stop thinking about the boy sitting next to me.  Every now and then I felt his eyes on me, but when I looked over, he was always writing in his notebook. 

After the bell rang, I was quick to get up.

"Wait, Carrese." I heard Timmy call.

"Yes?" I asked.

"If you're not busy, would you mind helping me find my next class?" he asked.

"What is it?" I asked him.

"Chemistry with Lancher." he answered, looking down at his schedule.

"That's my next class too." I said. Another class that I wouldn't be able to focus in.

"Great. Is alright if I just walk with you then?" he asked.

I nodded. "If you want to." 

"Thanks."

We were both smiling. Graduation was finally upon us. 

"We did it!" Timmy yelled, pulling me in for a hug. 

"We did." I smiled harder, if that was even possible. 

If it weren't for Timmy, I don't think I would have walked across that stage. 

"Alright, let's get a picture to celebrate this moment." my mom said, walking up to us with her phone in her hand.

Timmy laughed. "Sure mom." he joked, pulling me in for another hug. 

My mom took the picture, smiling at us. 

When my mom left us again, Timmy turned to me.

"I'm going to ask now, before I lose my confidence. Go out with me?"
