Do Over

Chapter 4

Ziva P.O.V
I get to autopsy. As I walk in and they freeze. I had forgotten that they hadn't seen me in almost 3 years. Ducky is the first to acknowledge me.
"Ah Ms.David you have decided to return to NCIS after a little hiatus" He laughs.
Palmer starts crying and runs to hug me, I thankfully accept which is very un me but I'm happy to see my family again.
"What brings you all the way down here Ziva?" Palmer asks through his tears.
"I am here to see if I can borrow Ducky's Morgan since I don't have a car yet and I already don't want to be around DiNozzo." I try to laugh it away.
"First day back and you children are already fighting" He laughs "But yes you may take the Morgan I shall ride home with Mr.Palmer here." He hands me the keys knowing I'm the only other one here who can actually drive a stick shift.
"Thanks Ducky I'll drop it off tonight." I fake a smile and leave.
I drive straight to Tony's house and the landlord lets me in after I tell him my name. Apparently Tony talked about me very fondly. I walk in to his apartment and sit down on the couch. Everything has changed. The biggest shock was his California King sized bed. Last I saw it was a single sized. Other things changed too like the walls. They weren't his ordinary black and white. There was actual color and pictures. One wall was white but, it had the photo of me in Paris hanging on it. It was black and white except for me, I was in color. I'd asked him about it earlier and he was very romantic about it. I'm not sure if he meant it or if he felt trapped. I love him and if he does not feel the same it will kill me. We've shared many moments Berlin, Paris and Israel. I have something to tell him but I don't know how he'll take it. I start crying.

Tony P.O.V
I'm looking everywhere for her and she's no where to be found. I check the bullpen, the director's office everywhere and no sign of her. Then, a thought comes to me she called my house her home. So I race back to my apartment driving like she first did when she came to the U.S.. I stand outside my apartment and just stare at the door what am I going to say to her? I really hurt her and now I have to apologize. I'm just going to tell her how I feel and that I'm sorry for not saying it sooner, because she deserves someone who will be there for her and treat her right. She's gone through to much to be treated like this. I open the door and walk in. She turns around and looks at me. She looks like she's crying so I run to her. I pull her into a hug and just hold her.

"Zi, I'm so sorry for treating you like this. I don't want to say it because I have to, I want to say it because I feel it.' Trying to explain myself.'I am in love with you Ziva David and I want you, forever and always." I start crying. She's changed me so much I can't imagine my life without her.

"Tony, I have something to tell you and you might be mad after I tell you." She should really nervous.

"Okay tell me I won't get mad." I am really scared.

"We have a daughter. Her name is Tali and she's 2 years old. I found out i was pregnant shortly after you left and I didn't want to uproot your whole life so I never told you."
