Taking Over

I'm kind of nervous to go back to the studio today just because the last time I've seen them all things were left very heated.

I just hope today will be an amazing rehearsal because the tour is now just 2 weeks away.

I enter the studio door greeted by Dani who is on the phone and I give her a friendly wave.

So I walk into studio A and just when I thought things were getting better I see Mickey there. For crying out loud !

"Hey Mckenzie " her cheerful voice says.

She runs up to me and gives me a really tight hug but I just stand there because I don't want anything to do with her right now.

I gently push her off me.

"What are you doing here again ?"

"Well I'm actually auditioning for dance juniors" she tells me.

I'm kind of confused that ash would just let her audition out of the blue like that he never does that for anyone , but just this one time ?

"Ok whatever" I roll my eyes.

When Mickey wanders off to Lord knows where it's just me and the boys left.

"I know must of you guys hate me right now but I just wanted to say I'm sorry. I know I should of told you about her sooner. So I'm sincerely sorry" I apologise.

"It's ok we totally get. You don't seem to like her too much anyway" Ike jokes.

We all laugh.

"Alright guys lets get rehearsing "

So rehearsal finished over an hour ago and were all just in studio A goofing around while Ashley finishes up the dancer juniors audition.

"So Mckenzie so you think Mickey will get in ?" Jordan asks me.

"Nope"

"Woah Mckenzie talk about supportive" warren jokes.

"Sorry baby daddy" I joke.

Were all laughing when I look over and see perri with his head buried in his phone.

I didn't want to say anything but he's kind of been giving me this cold shoulder , I just hope everything is ok between us.

I decide to get up and go talk to him.

"Hey can I talk to you for a sec ?" I ask.

He simply nods and we both make our way outside.

We reach outside but I can't help and jump into the subject.

"So what's going on ?"

He just shrugs.

"Perri come on I know somethings up"

He mumbles some that I can't hear.

"What ?"

"Nothing " he answers quietly.

"Well you know I didn't want to say anything but you've kind of been giving me a cold shoulder"

"Well you've been kind of pissing me off lately " he snaps.

I can't help but feel takin back. I don't understand I apologies end and ever forgives apart for him.

What else am I supposed to do ?

"How tell me how have I been pissing you off ?"

He doesn't say anything and just walks off.

I sigh follow him inside once I walk in I see him and the boys talking and laughing.

I'm kind of taking back.

3 days later

So we're just in the studio rehearsing and Mickey is here so it's kind of awkward .

So there's this flip that perri and I do.
So I run to do the flip when .... CRACK

"Ouch" I mutter.

"Alright stop " ash calls.
"Mckenzie you alright?"

"Yeah I just wanna take a break " I say.

"Well we need to rehearse and Mckenzie taking a break there's a big hole in the routine " Jordan points out.

"I could do it !" Mickey says.
"Em no ,no way !!"

"Come on Mckenzie we do need her"

"Ok fine"

I am not happy about this at all.

So Mickey hops in and she's doing the routine perfectly. She doing all my flips and everything.

I just hope my leg heals quickly so I can hop back in.
