It is 11:25 in the morning and I was feeling pretty good, in two days our wedding will be at the church downtown. I was driving to go get Royalty from around the block, this is a surprise, Chris usually picks her up.

I rang the doorbell over and over, shit I guess it never worked, I knocked three times & there wasn't an answer, something had to be up.

I opened the door and royalty was bleeding through her pants that were half way off, her mom was on the floor knocked out with blood streaming from her stomach.

Royalty ran to me crying,there was dried up blood on her legs.

I called Chris immediately

"yes angel?" he questioned

"Chris something terrible has happened please hurry up & come get Royalty" I was trying my best not to bust out in tears.

"Angel what the f-" he talk to much and I don't know what to do.

I checked ole girl pulse and she was barely breathing, I didn't want to call the oops but I knew I had to.

"911 what's your emergency"

"She isn't breathing, umm she's bleeding from her stomach, I don't think she can-" I couldn't hold the tears anymore

"Ma'am what's the address, ambulance is on the way" she spoke calmly

"7206 Lee Man Dr"

I held Royalty tight to my chest as she cried. "he-he pu-u"

Chris busted through the door panicking, the ambulance was right behind him.

"I'm going to need you three to leave the area so we can investigate" a man spoke

"There is someone outside in need of answers for our investigators"

I covered Royalty's face as they picked her mom up, it would be tragic if she saw that.

We walked outside and there was a man."Hi I'm here to ask questions about this scenario"

"okay carry on" Chris spoke through his teeth.

"ma'am you called 911 correct?" he questioned taking out a recorder

"yes"

"what did you see, why where you here? "

"I was coming to pick this little one up and no one was answering the door, so i walked in and her bottoms were off with blood on them"

Chris walked off with a clenched fist "Sir come back" the reporter spoke

"This is his daughter, just let him go" I told him

"Hi what's your name? " he asked bending over

She stood behind me and sobbed on my legs. "Royalty it's okay he isn't going to hurt you, I'm here" I told her.

"Royalty what happened, what did you see" he asked

"He shot my mom" she whispered holding on to my leg.

"He put something inside me and it still hurts" she whimpered. I picked her up as she cried.

I placed her in back of the car and I didn't think she need to sit in the car seat, so I used the seat belt instead.

We sat in silence while Chris drove like a mad man, the hospital was about ten minutes away.

"Babe its going to be okay" I told him wiping his tears.

"man shut the fuck up! " he screamed he made a u-turn and his phone dropped because of it.

I couldn't believe he was even talking to me this way, I turned around to check on Royalty and she was watching a movie

Once I turned around, I saw the red light pass above the car.

"AHHH DADDY! "

My head banged across the glass of the window, the last thing I remember was the car slamming into an electric pole.

I heard Sirens from a distance and I was out like a light.
