Chapter 18 Part 2

                  

"No!" I screamed.

My head jolted up and I looked around. I heard giggles and snickers. Shoooot. I fell asleep in class.

"Well, Ella, do you want a pillow?" My teacher said sarcastically. I looked down and blushed. It wasn't hard to tell everyone was looking at me. Thank God that the bell rang just then, and I ran out of the room like it was lava. I went to lunch room, since lunch was next. I quickly went to my usual table. Since i ran, I was the first one there, but soon enough Sky, Renae, and one of their friends that I didn't really know came. We were only waiting for Isaac. Me, of course, was freaking out. Anyone would after that dream they just had of their boyfriend. It was ten after and I was getting really worried, and everyone else could tell.

"Ella, are you okay?" Renae asked me.

"Y-yeah I-I'm fine." I stuttered. She gave me a suspicious look but respected me not wanting to tell her, dropping it. Finally I saw him walking and search for a table. When he spotted it he smiled and started walking over to us.

"Hey stranger." Isaac said as he sat down.

"Hey." I replied, leaning my head on his shoulder. He looked at me worriedly, but then looked away, guessing that I was worried about the whole police thing. I took out my sandwich and unwrapped it. I took a bit out of it and chewed slowly. I wasn't really that hungry. The rest of the day flew by, and before I knew it we were in the car to go to the police station. We were silent the whole drive. I could tell everyone was nervous. At last, after a very tense drive, we arrived.  Isaac hopped out of the car and I followed. Isaac, Mary, and I all walked into the police station. It smelled like coffee and metal inside, which wasn't helping the butterflies in my stomach. A officer sat at a desk, and we walked up to him. Mary explained the whole situation to the cop. After she explained he asked for proof, so I pulled my shirt off my shoulder so he could see the glass wounds. After he saw them he simply nodded and said
"We'll send a car out to your house and take Justin back here for questioning, okay?" We all nodded and headed back to the car. Something about this whole situation didn't feel right. It felt to easy.
