Chapter 4: Berry's Meet Finn Hudson

Finn's POV
I am so scared you have know clue since Rachel's parents want me to stay and it's not for a good reason.
Once everyone left Rachel and I got out of the pool and went to the back door of her house. Rachel's mom gave us towels and then we went to Rachel's living room and sat on her couch.
Rachel's dad came in the room and said "Rachel care to explain all of this?". He said this while looking at us. Rachel's mom was sitting on a chair behind Rachel's dad.
"Well since the school year just started I decided to have a party to get the year started" Rachel said.
"so you have a huge party with out telling me or you mother" Rachel's dad said. Rachel then nodded her head.
"Was it your 'unholy trinity' friends that made you do this because this isn't like you Rachel" Rachel's dad said.
"No it wasn't it was all my idea" Rachel said and I think she was lying because she was making a face.
"So who is this?" Rachel's dad said to Rachel pointing to me.
"This is Finn Hudson" Rachel said.
"Is he your boyfriend?" Rachel's dad said and I just smirked and looked at Rachel and she blushed.
"No he is just a friend" Rachel said.
"Well it looked like more than friends outside" Rachel's dad said and then Rachel and I turned red.
"Mr. Berry Rachel and I are just friends" I said.
"Then why were you guys in the pool and she holding on you" Rachel's dad said to me.
"Well we were dancing and then we slipped in the pool. Everyone else started to jump in and one person was about to jump on Rachel so I moved her fast to me quick so she wouldn't get hurt" I said.
"So right after that we came home?" Rachel's dad said.
"Yes" Rachel said.
"Then why were you guys laughing?" Rachel's dad said.
Rachel and I then looked at each other quick because we didn't know what to say but then I came up with something.
"T-that was because this guy Puck said something funny" I said. When I said Puck Rachel's dads face light up.
"Rachel how is Puck?" Rachel's dad said to Rachel.
"I don't know I'm not dating him anymore" Rachel said starting to get annoyed.
I looked at the clock and it was 11:40.
"Sorry but I have to go. My mom is probably looking for me" I said starting to get up.
"Ya and I'm going to show him to the door" Rachel said getting up.
"It was nice meeting you Mr. and Mrs. Berry" I said shaking there hands and walking to the door with Rachel following me to the door.
Rachel opened the door and we went outside and then Rachel closed the door behind her.
"I am so sorry about my parents. They can be a pain at times" Rachel said looking up at me.
"Oh it's fine. They were just being parents" I said.
It was then silent but we were still looking into each other's eyes.
"Okay I'll see you tomorrow" Rachel said and then kissed my cheek and I smirked.
Rachel walked to her door and waiting for me to leave before she goes inside.
Today was pretty crazy but at lease tomorrow everyone will know I'm football captain.
