Niall groaned as the light poured into his room from the window that some bastard opened. "Go away" he mumbled into his pillow.

Zayn chuckled. "Get up Niall. We have to go to ACB Fitness" he said and pulled the sheet off of revealing a half naked Niall curled into a ball with only his dinosaur boxers on.

Zayn chuckled. "Niall come on" He poked at Nialls side. "Zaayyynnn carry me" Niall his arms in the air. Zayn rolled his eyes. He lifted Niall up by putting one arm under his knees and another under his back. Zayns legs wobbled. Niall was MUCH heavier than he remembered.

"Gosh Niall" Zayn grunted as he carried him down the stairs. Nialls head flew up. "What's that smell" he asked instantly trying to get out of Zayns arms. He ran to the kitchen and spotted bacon. "Ohh" he licked his lips.

"Niall quit staring at the bacon like you want to have sex with it" Harry chuckled and made him a plate. Niall eagerly took the plate and sat down. Louis poked Nialls tummy. "Hahah....Oh" Louis smile faded.

Niall looked up. "What?" Louis shook his head. "Li come here" he said. Liam walked over. "Whaaaat" he asked chewing some toast. "Feel Nialls stomach" Louis said.

Liam did. "Huh...that's weird...." Niall looked up. "What?!" he asked once more. "Niall...um...for some reason there's a ....lump...in there." Niall looked down. "Its my abs" he chuckled.

Louis looked at him. "I don't think....well...Shit guys were late!" Louis said frantically. Every one started running around while dressing themselves. Niall walked out. "My shirt won't fit. Maybe I am gaining weight" He sighed and stripped off the tight shirt.

Harry chuckled. "Come on Ni"

Niall made a whimper noise. "Harry its the third shirt that didn't fit!" He whined. Harry rolled his eyes. "You can wear my Ramones shirt aye?" Niall smiled and ran to get dressed in Harry's shirt. Harry was slightly taller and had wider hips, so his shirts might fit Niall.

Niall went with Harry on the tredmills as the other boys did laps. Niall was just glad it wasn't awkward with Harry like he'd thought it might be. Suddenly Niall started feeling dizzy. His vision went blurred. He stopped running and stumbled off of the treadmill holding his head. "H-Harry?" he said weakly before his vision went black. He heard muffled noises and people yelling his name. For some reason he couldn't respond.

NIALLS POV

My head hurt. All I know is all I see is blackness. I hear people talking. Loud beeps. Annoying beeps. UGH STOP THOSE BEEPS. Wait...I hear my name. Harry? Harry I can't see you! Ugh I can't talk. What is happening to me? Am...am I dead? I have to wake up!

I try my hardest to open my eyes but if feels as if my eyelids weight tons. I try to speak but I canf manage anything. After hearing my name again I start to get dizzy. As if someone is shaking me. Ugh stop doing that! Suddenly my eyelids don't feel as heavy and I can manage to open them.

Blinding light hits me instantly and i close my eyes. "L-Lig-hts" I manage to say. My voice is raspy. What happened? Suddenly the lights are dimmed and I see a shadow. More of a blur really. "Niall...Niall can you hear me?" Its Harry. I recognise his voice and luckily my vision gets clearer.

"What happened?" I asked. Ahh there is a horrible pain in my head. "You were excersizing and you....you fainted. They took you. You're in the hospital Ni. They can't figure out why you passed out. Or at least I think they did but they won't tell me" He spoke in a soft voice. As if he thinks I'm going to scream at him if he talks loud. Actually its best since he didnt.

"O-oh. So when can I go home?" I asked. I saw the look on his face. It isn't a good one.

"Uhm...well...they uh...they noticed...what Louis and Liam noticed" I saw him bite his lip

Uh Oh

"What....Harry..." I say unsurely. Oh god. What if its bad. I thought it was nothing. Maybe its more. Hopefully whatever it is, I won't get harmed from it. I'm really nervous now. I see Harry bite his lip.

"For god sakes Harry what the hell is it?!" I ask impatiently.

He looked up at me with watery eyes. I take a breath ready for the news.

"Ni....they think you have....cancer" Suddenly I feel dizzy again. And everything goes black again.
