The first Alpha

It was a peaceful night, and Bane Maryweather was sleeping peacefully. The Maryweather's were a nice family they lived on the out skirts of a small town in Wisconsin. In a small farm house there lived Paul and Martha with they're children their son Bane a tall muscular hard working, boy who was only 17 and their daughter Kara who was only five. They all love each other very much. It was nearing the early morning hours when they heard the sound faint at first but it grew louder and louder the closer it got. It was sound Bane would never forget, it started in his parents room the sound of hungry growls Echoing through the house then his mothers screams of terror and his fathers yells of surprise. Bane heard the click of the loading gun then the bang of a shot. He relaxed a bit thinking they were safe but he was wrong his mother screamed again but this time was cut short by whatever was in their room. Without thinking Bane ran into his sisters room knowing he had to protect her. " Ben" came Kara's soft terrified voice since she was so young she couldn't say his name properly. " shh Kara it's okay I'll keep you safe" Bane said moving all the furniture except the bed in front of the door. " but mama and papa" Kara said Bane looked at his sister so young and so fragile how could he tell her that her parents might be dead?

But before Bane got the chance the window shattered from across the room. Banes head snapped in the direction that the sound came from. His mouth dropped standing there by the window was a giant grey wolf, it's eyes were glowing gold and its mussel was covered in his parents blood. Banes body was frozen in terror, his head was screaming grab Kara and run, but his body wouldn't move and where would they run he barricaded the door. The big wolf had slowly approached his little sisters before Bane could even blink the wolf attack. After it was done with his sister it turned toward him. Bane instantly unfroze he ran towards the windows use dodging the wolf's teeth. Bane jumped out the window the wolf hot on his trail he could feel the beasts breath at the back of his neck. Bane neared the forests edge just before the beast jumped on his back. It bit Bane in the neck the sharp pain of its teeth causing him yell out. It was the that his fathers lesson in wild animals came to him he went limp pretending to be dead just like his father had taught him. The wolf let him go howling in triumph as he ran away. Bane laid on the ground for at least ten minutes then he flipped himself over to stare at the moon it was blood red. Hmm he thought to himself a blood moon what a coincidence. He lay there just starring at the moon until the pain of his bones snapping brought him out of his daze. Bane didn't have the energy to scream as his bones broke and reshaped themselves. It seemed like forever for the change to stop but finally it did . Bane stood up on four paws he stared in wonderment. He took a few shaky steps then gained confidence he ran to the pond beside the barn and looked at his reflection he was bigger then the wolf that had attacked him and was pitch black the only thing that shocked him was his eyes they were a startling green. Bane straightened up and sniffed around catching the attackers scent he ran after him.

Present day

Charlotte's POV

Truth or dare?" My friend Macy asks we've been playing truth and dare for all of first period since its the last day of school. "Dare!" I say Macy gives me and evil smirk " I dare you to go kiss Thomas" she says laughing at my facial expression " I'll do it" I say getting up from my spot at the back of the class. "On the lips" Macy adds I give her a look then look at Thomas and sigh Thomas is the nerdy dungeon and dragons in his basement guy with bad acne and has had a crush on me since kindergarten. I take a deep breath and march up the isle to him and his nerd herd everyone in the class is starring at me, guys sending me a mix of hate and lust looks and girls plain hate. Just as I reach Thomas my phone buzzes I release my breath and check the message.

M: also you gotta sing a song ;)

M: josh turners your man NO LYRIC CHANGES! First minute of it

I send Macy an glare but do it anyways. I lean in and kiss Thomas getting a bunch of ewws and the nerd and loser are kissing. I pull away after 30 seconds and walk to the very front of the class and start singing.

Baby lock the door and turn the lights down low

put some music on that soft and slow

Baby we ain't got no place to go I hope  you understand I've been thinking bout this

I finish with sitting on Thomas's desk with my arms around his neck. The whole class is silent "well miss hunter that was quite a show" says my teacher Mr.Winters amusement in his voice I grin at him and bow before heading to my spot. Macy's face was red with laughter " oh...my...god" she says between breaths "I can't believe you just did that!" I smile and laugh with her. We have a few more rounds each round picking truths then it's my turn to be asked "truth or dare?" Macy asks for the last time, I sigh I have to do at least three dares to win the bet we made " Dare" she smiles " go onto the old Maryweather farm" I roll my eyes at her "I've already been there with my dad remember" my dad travels around to towns with legends and writes articles on them in the newspaper. " you went with him?" She asks mouth gaping open I sigh "close your mouth your gonna catch flies" I say " yes I went with him and I don't get your reaction it's not like we saw much I mean there's not much to see an old 150 year old house and barn" the legend in our town is that a family was attacked by a wolf in the middle of the night and the only survivor was the 17 year old son who was burned because the towns people saw him turn into a wolf. " Were there any bodies?" A girl Samantha asked from in front of me. " um no the family was buried in the cemetery in the town there were only perfectly preserved dresses in fact the house was preserved almost as if someone had been taking care of it all these years." I tell her Macy smiles " did you wanna wear a dress like it?" She asks I nod.

The bell rings signaling that class is over. I walk out the door only to be stopped by Thomas " willyougooutwithme" he says in a rush that I barely catch it. " um I have to think about it" I say before walking away Macy skips beside me laughing " Charlie and Thomas sitting in a tree K.I.S.S.I.NG" she sings making kissy faces. I laugh at her " yeah yeah go to math" I tell her she makes a face but goes anyway I watch as she shoves through the crowd. Macy has short curly brown hair that matches her sparkly brown eyes, she isn't very very tall like me were both probably 5,4. We both have nice bodies big boobs and nice asses which is why people think we're sisters. especially since we both have brown hair the only difference is I have hazel eyes that turn green, blue and brown and she's tan I'm pale. She disappears into the crowd and I head for English.

The day drags on, until finally the last bell rings. I rush to find Macy knowing my lockers cleaned out. I find her leaning against the stairs out side. As soon as I spot her I run and grab her and drag her to my car. " what's the hurry Murry?" She asks I roll my eyes at her and drive off the school parking lot.
