Gold's POV
I walk around my party, desperately trying to scout out the bluenette that I have been dying to see. I keep my head low to dodge everyone. Where could that girl be!? Tonight is the night that I tell her how I feel about her. I'm eighteen for Arceus sakes! I should be able to tell a girl my feelings. I walk past Green ignoring Blue, and then Silver running away from Lyra comes into my line of vision. Oh crap! I need to hide!
"Silvy! Where is Gold!?"
"Leave me alone pig tails!"
I hide behind Red the minute Silver runs past me. I let out a sigh of relief when Lyra goes over to the far sign of the room.
"Um Gold? The coast is clear and you're kinda creeping me out now."
I look and see Red looking at me weirdly, my lips were pretty close to his neck. I jump away.
"Um let's not tell anyone that happened. Ever!"
"Deal!"
Red runs off, probably looking for Yellow. I rub my lips with the palm of my hand to get rid of the awkward feeling within me. I shiver, and begin to search for Crystal.

Three Minutes later

"Gold! Are you looking for Crystal?"
I turn around and see Blue in her usual apparel smiling brightly.
"Yes actually. Do you know where she is?"
She leans her head to the right and her smile grows bigger.
"She's out front."
"Thanks Blue!"
I race off to the front of the lab to find Crystal.

I see Crystal looking up at the moon while sitting on the grass. Her eyes reflect the stars and her hair shines brightly underneath the moons rays. I gulp and slowly walk towards her.
"Beautiful night isn't it, Gold?"
I freeze in shock, Crystal gets up and turns around, looking at me with her big blue eyes. I blink a few times than speak.
"U-um yeah! U-uh Crys, I want to tell you something."
Crystal looks at me quizzically, but doesn't say a word so I can continue.
"Listen, heres the thing. I really really like you. No I love you! I know I'm not the smartest, or the classiest, or the best trainer, but I know there is one thing I can do and that is make you happy. Will you give me the chance to make you happy? I mean if you-"
She runs forward and stops my nervous rambling with her lips. Sparks fly as her lips touch mine, my hands go to her waist and her arms go around my neck. I feel the air leave me while we kiss, I think I am forgetting to breath, my heart hammers in my chest. We stay like this for a while until we break apart breath less. I feel so weak from the kiss. I finally got it. The kiss I have wanted forever.
"So, I'm gonna take that as a yes?" I ask, a hopeful hint in my tone.
"Your such an idiot." She teases me, than I lean forward and kiss her again.
