John smirks and I laugh “Oh my god! John you look so different!!!!!” I run over to him and give him a huge hug. He hugs me back while I feel him laughing. Claire looks at us and smiles.
Even if John and I dated we are still very close. “Oh my gosh, when did you get here!!? We have to catch up I haven’t seen you since I moved!” “Calm down Shorty.” I laugh at the old nickname.
John has brown hair and friendly green eyes that say you can trust him. Claire looks up” John makes sure ever gets home okay then take the car back. Please. You can stay with her as long as you like but be back before school gets out I need my car.”
John looks at Claire and grins “thanks Aunt Claire.” I grin and take the keys from her out stretched hand. I jump on john’s back and yell “Giddy up horsy!” John laughs at me but follows what I say to Claire’s pickup.
“Well Shorty where are we going?” I grab the keys from his pocket and hop in the driver’s seat. “Well there’s an ice skating rink around the corner want to go?” he nods his head but looks at me. “So why are you and max fighting?”
“Well you know how he’s had that big crush on me? Well we kissed and were talking and max then just said that Jake stooped that low then I must be low.” I let the sentence hang because his hand was shaking badly. “Did Jake take your virginity?”
I nod my head not wanting to look in his eyes. He sighs and looks out the window. “Is that why max got upset at you?” I shake my head and feel the tears coming to my eyes. “Hey, hey don’t cry ever. You too were the inseparable friends you will get through this like every fight you have been in with each other.”
He touches my cheek and wipes my tears away. “I know what I did with you was wrong and you forgave me for hurting you. To this day you still have the heart you always will have.” When we get there I park the car and get out of the car.
John meets me at the back and gives me a hug. “John I’m pregnant, with jakes baby and he wants nothing to do with us but I really don’t know what to do.” He looks surprised but I know he is there for me.
