Zareen was very sensitive woman. To her, life was just like a fairy tale. She always dreamt about her future husband. To her, he was the first and last. To her, he was the one whose love and friendship would be eternal, and she sees all these qualities in her husband, asif. To her, Asif was, is and always will be her role model.
As far as zareen is concerned, she has never recieved love from her step mother. Though she was the most loveliest and cutest among them, the step mother wouldn't bother her at all. She was jealous of her talents. She was jealous of her academics and sportive nature. Zareen did not neglected her inspite of the hatedness she recieved from her step mother. Because, zareen had shaina. She was happy and content to have her. She shared all her emotions and feelings. Sometimes even shaina fought with her mother, raising her voice, throwing things in the air that comes her way, and asking agitatedly 'why Ma? Why? Why do you hate zareen? What has she done Ma? What is her fault? To which her mother furiously replies 'because, she is not my property! She is not my daughter! And you too should accept this! Did you get my point shaina?. Listening this heated conversation of daughter and the mother, zareen would run in the lawn and cry till her heart comes to ease. Due to this, she has developed some sort of psychology too!
Zareen was still in dilemma about the reaction portrayed by her husband. She tried her best to avoid it but the thought has already engulfed her mind. Once she thought it to share it with shaina. But how could she? When she too also did the same thing! Thinking about it everytime, she thought to apologize on behalf of her husband and sister to sadiya saleh. Thus, with in next pace, zareen knocked the door of sadiya's house.
"Assalamualaikum, may I come in? Asked zareen in a soft voice.
Sadiya stood for a while, she tilted her head, her gestures were warm and welcoming. She took hold of her hand and with in next moment both were in the house.
"Was that a question?" Sadiya laughed out loud.
Zareen looked at her cheerful face. She admired her hospitality, she bowed her head and said,
"I just came here to apologise on behalf of my husband and sister." She paused for a moment and then continued "actually, they are very good people, I don't know why they have reacted in such a way" she took a big sigh.
On hearing this, sadiya was amazed! She was confused! She didn't get any words to reply. She founded her silly!
"Oh! That's ok! Don't be sorry, just forget it." Sadiya said and placed her hand on her shoulder and continued "zareen, is everything okay?"
"I don't know sadiya!" She wept.
Sadiya was seriously shocked by her attitude. She was confused by zareen's personality. She rushed towards her kitchen to bring a glass of water.
After a moment, zareen said,
"I have never seen my husband reacting in such a wierd way. I have always admired him, but, now he is completely changed! He has become careless!" She cried.
Sadiya was still confused by her attitude. How come a woman cry in first meeting? How come a person can explain so much of his personal life to someone who is totally unknown to her? Sadiya questioned herself. She pitied her. Saidya grew uncomfortable and she tried to avoid her. But, zareen didnt stop. She continued speaking about her childhood, married life and many more.
"I can understand, zareen." Sadiya said softly. Now, sadiya felt much more pitier than before. She pitied on her innocence. But, she couldn't console her. She tried a lot to comfort her with words that would touch her heart but in vain. All the time she just said 'I understand, dear. I understand.'
Now it was time to say good bye.
Zareen headed towards the main door and sadiya was behind. During the time of departure, zareen hugged her and said,
"Sometimes all you want is a soul who can hear your cry, see your pain and feel your emotions" and she goes.

Scene 2:
Zareen was in her room, she was reading a magzine until she heard a voice coming from the kitchen. She tip toed towards the kitchen and Zareen peeped through the window and saw shaina yelling at someone on mobile phone.
"I told you before! Not to allow her in your house! Thank God! We are saved! Listen carefully! If you allow her again, I will finish you! Mark my words! Did you understand that? You better understand!" She yelled.
