Abeke stood outside a nightclub and she certainly wasn't there to dance. She was looking for one Magnus Bane, who she had been told had met some of her dopplegangers, she was hoping to find out more about herself but at that moment she was doubting everything.

Sweat collected in the palm of her hand, covered by the tight leather gloves that had been wrapped around for protection. Huffing at the sight of a stray piece of hair, the girl quickly adjusted it before looking up at the sign above.

PANDEMONIUM

While her gaze focused on the word Demon, a body knocked into hers causing the girl to nearly loose her balance. Key word, nearly. A pair of firm hands wrapped around her waist catching the girl's small structure before she fell to the ground.

Abeke looked up at the boy, their eyes almost meeting as she steadied herself. "Maybe next time you should look where your going but thanks for catching me anyway." The strawberry blonde spoke out, fiddling with her gloves as a forced of habit. "Wait you can see me?" The dark haired boy spoke, confusion etched across her face.

"Well your not invisible." She spoke again but something crossed her mind, Shadow hunter. She cleared her throat before continuing. "You know what doesn't matter, there's something I need to do." The Hale pushed past the boy before carrying on into the club in search for one Magnus Bane.

Huffing in annoyance, the girl carried on throughout the crowds of teenagers, demons and god knows what else before she finally caught sight of the warlock that she had been scanning the crowd for. Letting out a sigh of relief, she walked forward still fiddling with her glove.

Magnus turned around just as the girl approached, almost like he sensed her presence. "Abeke?" He asked unsure if she was the person he had been looking for.

"Yeah but how did you know that?" Confusion written across the strawberry blonde's face.

"I've done my research." He replied, flashing his eyes at the girl. She flashed hers back glowing a vibrant purple just like he had imagined.

"I wanted to talk to you about my other, relatives." She stated, no waver in her voice.

"What would you like to know?" He asked a slight smirk tugging at his lips.

"I didn't really think that through," The girl laughed awkwardly, scratching the back of her neck in thought. "How many have you known?"

"Only about two but you are different." He tilted his head, trying to think of how to put it whilst the Hale furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. "You look different and your more powerful, I can sense it." He smiled at the girl comfortingly, receiving a welcoming smile back. "I appreciate this information, I hope to see you soon."

"Me too Abeke, me too." She smiled before walking off, moving through the crowds with slight annoyance but also wonder. She caught sight of the dark haired boy from earlier walking into a separate room and frowned, a few other people around him. A ginger girl nervously followed the trio in, sparking the Hale's attention.

Instinctively, her hand grasped at the seraph blade carefully hidden under her top but she soon moved it away, following after them. She pushed through the curtain, taking out her seraph blade as she did, lighting up as she did. "Watch out!" Clary screamed, pushing the demon out of the way. The Hale mentally face palmed but reminded herself that this girl knew nothing of what was really going on.

The demon fell onto the sofa, looking back up to reveal her true face protectively, Jace pushed Clary out of the way causing the girl to fall onto the floor and slide across it until her back hit the wall behind her. He instantly killed it with a swipe of his sword, flashed of light taking her presence as her body disappeared.

He turned around helping Clary up before another demon attacked him, letting his weapon fall, seeing her chance to help, Clary took the sword anxiously holding it as a demon ran straight into the weapon, dying instantly. Another demon appeared just as he went to take his weapon but Abeke stepped in killing the thing before it could do any harm.

Once again, another arrived slashing the girl's abdomen with it's claws as he did, the boy from earlier jumped out of the darkness, and with a slash of his sword the thing was dead. He looked up at the girl with worry but she brushed it off, killing another demon that came her way. She smiled at the guy before returning to her work.

The three fought continuously, that was until one snuck up on Abeke biting the girl on her arm, Alec quickly killed the thing before chucking his sword to Jace who needed it a lot more than him. He punched and headbutted, whilst he waited to receive his weapon, wasting no time in killing them when he did. Jace did a quick spin, snatching the sword out of Clary's hands and killing a demon from behind.

Black dots clouded the Hale's vision as she leant against the wall breathing heavily as she tried to consume air, feeling herself become weaker and weaker each minute that passed. As the last demon was slain, Clary ran out scared out her mind. The three shadow hunters turned towards the wall to see the Hale severely injured, the dark haired boy made his way stele in hand.

Making out the object in his hand, she shook her head, trying to gain breath so that she could speak. "Don't, I'll heal." The trio grew more surprised at her words, she couldn't heal without a rune. "No you won't." The blonde replied, edging towards the exit to chase after the Fray girl. "I will heal, just don't-" She didn't finish as she collapsed into Alec's arms, unconscious from the demon's venom. He turned to look at Jace for help but he had already slipped out of the room and was heading towards the exit. He sighed, looking at his sister with worry. "Let's take her back to the institute." Alec nodded, smiling down at the girl that lay in his arms.

And so they did thinking that she was having a peaceful sleep but it was anything but that...
