Chapter 12

The twins took me. Or should I say. Forced me to go inside their bedroom to makeover me. I never really liked makeups or dressing up, especially makeups. It's irritatingly itchy and I would always mess up my makeup. My mom used to do makeup for me in only special occasion...

She would scream at me whenever I would try to rub my face, because the makeups were way too itchy. I miss mom...Yet. I don't.

Mai grabbed different types of cosmetic items. Lipstick, blush powder, eye-shadow, eyeliner, mascara, ETC. While Mei walked towards her closet and dived in to see if she could find me a right outfit. I couldn't really tell why this is a big deal for them and also I seriously want to escape the makeup part. "Dakara iraira!" Mei says, frustrated as she continued to find the right outfit for me. "Don't worry Mei! You'll find the right outfit for Misaki." Mai says gleefully as she took the cap off the lipstick's and started to color my lip. I tried not to move as she did, going stiff as I could. Then there was a joyful scream. I turned my head towards the scream and saw Mei jumping up and down. "Sore o mitsuketa!" Mei says. Clutching a creamy blue, pink fading dress. Mai gasped, running towards Mei. Her eyes widening, she looked obviously shocked. "We still have that?!" Says Mai.

"Banzai!" Says Mei. Jumping up and down, still clutching the dress in her hands. I walked towards them. Confused and curious at the same time. "So...This is the dress that I'll be wearing at the studio?" I said. The twins both nodded in unison. Suddenly grabbing each of my arms, then pulling be towards a chair. Making me sit down. They both grabbed random cosmetic items and started to make up me. And it was seriously itchy! Every time when I would try to rub the itchy parts, they would scold me.

We were eventually finished. I wore the creamy blue, pink fading dress with a golden heart amulet and an adorable white cloth gus type hat with a light blue flower on top. Mei and Mai wore matching outfits. Jean jacket, white shirt, black ruffle skirt and sneakers that matched their jean jacket. Then their oval shaped amulets, which I noticed that, they never taken it off. We walked outside the bedroom and then outside the house. Towards the van. I took a deep breath. I was nervous for some reason.

 We were finally there. The driver opened the car's door for us and we went ahead and got out. Mei and Mai both stretched their arms and then smiled brightly. "The Grand World is coming up close!" Mai says in excitement. I felt so fuzzy after she said that. But the fuzziness was soon gone as we walked inside the studio. There were loud, mumbling angry noises coming from the main room. We walked towards it and opened the doors. Then went inside. "Idiot! Idiot! Idiot!!!" A female voice says. Turning my head to the direction of the voice and saw Akira who was hitting a man's head over and over. The man was crying softly. Shivering. "S-Sorry!'' The man says. "Akihiko, I don't even know why you're our director! You keep messing things up!" Akira says, taking deep breaths. "I'm trying my hardest you know..!" Akihiko says. "Try! Harder!!!" Akira says angrily, As she smacks Akihiko with her fist. She was really strong. I was supposed to be shaking right now, But I was surprised that Akihiko didn't got knocked out by Akira's hard punch. Akira turned her head to glare at us. Her expression was terrifying. Then looking away. Storming off. "A-Akira!" The twin says in unison. Running after Akira. Akihiko sat up in the floor after they left. I walked towards him and pulled out my arm to reach for his. "Are you okay?" I asked. He groaned a little. Grabbing my hand. As he did, I helped him get up in his knees. "N-Not until I calm Akira first..! She's seriously scary.." Akihiko said. Frightened. Staring at me awkwardly. "Say...You look like eh...someone?".

"Oh. Everybody tells me that," I said. Giggling awkwardly with a smile. "Oh..! Thanks for um...helping me up. Really appreciated it! Bye!" Then he ran off. I looked at him as he did. Then walked towards the direction where the twins and Akira went.

After a while. I got lost. No. Very, seriously lost. Going to the same location for multiple times. Wandering off. Finding the exits outside the building. Which might be useful in case a fire happened. 

I sighed frustration. Scratching my hair, trying to make it not too messy as I did. Finally giving up and sat to a nearby couch. Before I could. I heard a guitar playing somewhere around the area. It sounded far away. So I decided to follow it. 

After following the playing guitar. I found myself two iron looking hard door. I tried opening it, but it didn't work like I hoped it would. Then I decided to knock. But I knew that it won't work, because of the loud sound are making. But I did anyway. I knocked on the metal doors. The guitar continued to play as the door opened up for me. Mei did. Squealing. "Gomen'nasai! Misaki!" Mei says. Pressing her hands together. Kneeling down a little as she did. "It's fine!" I said awkwardly as Mei grabbed my arm and took me inside. Then closing the metal doors. Now I'm glad the room isn't sound proof or I wouldn't have found them. I said in my thoughts, sitting down to a chair. Mei sat down besides me with a smile. Swinging her legs back and forth like a child. Humming as she did. "You and Mai play the piano guitar right?" I asked curiously. "Yeah. But we like to play the grand piano more than the piano guitar one." Mei answered. As she continued to hum a song. I started to think of every members of the ERROR's instruments that they play. "Kei is the lead guitarist. You and Mai are the guitar pianist. Akira is a guitarist and Hotaka is the drummer!" I exclaimed. Mei responded with a laugh. "Wow! What a fan!" She teased with a giggle. "You forgot about another one." Mei suddenly says. I looked at her confused and curious at the same time. Mei went awkwardly silence as she stopped swinging her legs. "We used to have another member. But um...She actually...passed away. She's like you though." Mei said quietly. Her voice cracking. "I wonder how Yuki feels about that...".
