Ana
I'm heading for the plane as I write, you'll get my new address when I land. Aces, I'm nervous, but excited. When I get to Michigan I want to meet you, we can connect somewhere. You'll know the place more than me. Well, hooroo.
From
Christian
I hand the short letter to my mum, thinking- no knowing that this year is going to be different. My breath hitches in my chest, nervousness, excite, feeling plunging in my chest. It's almost hard for my brain to process as my legs become shaky.
Mum yells to write her and I take one last look at her, before I start heading toward the plane. I hope for the best. And I hope that Ana will be happy when I see her.
