                          Well It depends.
                          Bad Experience or they could just be a mean person.
                          Either way no one should do it. They might be very sad already, and you just broke them down even more.
                          Or,
                          they could be very Happy, then you bully them, They are now not that happy anymore.
                          So please everyone Be nice, think before, you speak, post, comment.
                          Think, will this person be effected goodly or badly by this?
                          If you are the victim, block them (if you are on the internet), tell a trusted adult/Guardian.
