chapter 5

Jake: morning Angel

Jake: and i figured out when it is morning there so i can text u and tell u good morning

Jake: Annnggggeeeellll

Angel: hi

Jake: what's up?

Angel: at Dinkin donuts with my friend Nathan

Jake: whose Nathan?

Angel: my good friend

Jake: ok

Angel: hey look we are going to go to the mall but ill ttyl ok

Jake: oh ok bye

Once i was done texting jake me and Nathan walked to my car. When we got in i drove us to the mall.

____after the mall____

I just dropped Nathan off and was on my way home. I decided to stop at the store and get me a monster because i loovvee monsters.

I got into the store and got my monster and went and paid for it. After i walked out of the store i felt a strong hand on my wrist and i seen it was my ex Bryan so i tried to pull away. But i couldn't and he dragged me around to the alley behind the store.

"What the hell are u doing" i screamed.

"Don't yell at me bitch." He said and slapped my cheek hard.

I gasped from the pain as he through me to the ground and started kicking me in the stomach as he pulled my hair. He punched me in the face a few times and i swore i heard a cracking sound come from my noise. After he was done he spit in my face and said "that's what you get u nasty whore" and walked away from me and left me there.

I got up after laying there for a few minutes. Once i maid it back to my car i just sat there and cried for what felt lile forever but was only 20 minutes. After i stopped sobing i started the car and started on my way home. The tears never stopped the whole way home and it was a good 30 minute drive.

" what the hell happend?" Jessica asked once i walked through the door and she got a look at my face.

"Bryan happend again" i cried as she hugged me.

Me and bryan dated for a year and a half. For the first two months he was so sweet and caring but one night he got drunk and beat me and almost every other day after that.

I heard my phone ring so i pulled away from the hug and took my phone out of my back pocket of my black ripped skinny jeans and looked to see who was calling. Jake😋 popped up on the phone screen.

" i cant talk to him not now" i said to jessica.

" its ok just text him and tell him not now and im sure he will understand." She said

"Ok" i said and texted him saying 'nows not a really good time' and pressed send. And put the phone back in my pocket. I felt it go off a couple more times but i just ignored it.

I walked up to my room and closed the door. I took a shower and changed into some black shorts and a big pink Floyd shirt and crawled unter my covers and fell asleep.

The last thing i remember thinking was 'he's never called me before' and then the darkness took over me.
