He looked from a distance, his heart pounding, tears filling his eyes.
She took a step forward and right then the memories of when it wall began flooded through her mind...
"OLIVIA!" You're gunna be late! I heard my mom yell from downstairs.
Today is my last day at my school.. I live in Virginia but my Dad was just offered a job Texas, I don't want to move, I have lived here all my life and my friends are here.. but I guess my parents don't care that much, since they are still making me go. My bestfriend Hailey said I could live with her but my mom refused.
"I'M COMING!!"
I grabed my bag and walked as slowely as I could possible down the stairs and to the car.
"You're going to enjoy Texas, Olivia.. there are plenty of oppertunities for you to meet new people and maybe find a better boyfriend."
You see my mom never liked my boyfriend Thomas she said all he was going to do was hurt me, I didn't care what she thought, he makes me happy.
We pulled up to the school, I grabbed my bag and stood there looking at it.. I couldn't believe it was going to be my last day here.
My eyes started to get watery so I started walking to the office, as soon as I got there Thomas was waiting for me he started rambaling on about me moving and how he wouldn't like anyone else.. but thats his problem, Thomas is a huge flirt. I have no idea what would happen when I moved.
The day was going by way to fast, by the time I knew it the last bell rang.
I went to my locker and starting packing up all my stuff, everyone tried to say bye and gave me hugs and their numbers to stay in touch. It was to hard. I was getting so upset, Hailey grabbed some of my stuff and brought it to my moms car, we got in and drove back to my house.
When we got home my dad and brother were packing boxes into a moving truck. Hailey and I went up to my room and sat on the floor.
"I'm going to miss you so much."
"I know, promise you will come visit me."
"I can try."
"It isn't going to be the same without you."
A car honked in my driveway
"That's my mom" Hailey Said.
I walked her out and waved to her as they drove away.. I just kept staring hoping they would turn back... but nothing.
I felt hands rest on my shoulders
"It's going to be okay Kiddo" my dads voice said trying to comfort me.
"Easy for you to say, you don't have to leave everything you love behind" I said as i pushed away from his hands and started walking back up to my room for the last time.
I slid my back down the wall and rested my head in my knees with my eyes closed, hoping when I opened them.. This would all just be... a dream.
