Rejection is just a more harsh way of saying no. I have been thinking lately about why it is so... feared. I cannot figure out why it is scary, but it is. Is it because then the person knows how you feel? Vulnerability. That is the best thing I can come up with.
Then you can take it from being permitted. "Padre, may I go out with some friends this weekend, please?" "No". That's when the stubborn people of the world go do it because they we're told no.
If you tell me I can't do something I am going to do it to prove you wrong.
